Had a great time here! Bartenders answered questions. Good food selection. Pretty cool aesthetic if you like retro dive. There was a speed dating event upstairs, karaoke at the bar (which was super fun! Everyone was really into it!), a lady selling baked goods to support the Buffalo City Mission, etc. Everyone is very nice and talks to you like they know you which I love! LGBQ+ friendly. Philly cheesesteak dip was super good. I don't go to bars often but still will come back sometime! I only wish this were somewhere other than Elmwood only due to the parking issue (mostly bothersome when it's freezing out lol) so if you're not familiar with the area it is street parking. Still worth it for the great vibes :)

Really loved this place! Stopped in for brunch for an early birthday celebration. We sat outside which was enjoyable as there was a lot of activity and sightseeing on Elmwood. Paige was our waitress and she was amazing! She was very sweet and got us everything we needed and then some (hello birthday shot!) The food was the best part of our visit. The loaded tots were 5/5 and I would highly recommend them! I also enjoyed the biscuits and sausage gravy. Fruit was very fresh and a nice light touch to the heavy breakfast I'm looking forward to coming back for something new!

Visited for brunch twice, everything we've tried has been delicious, and the service has been great. I don't suggest showing up for brunch without a reservation, during both visits I passed by a pile of people by the door and was seated quickly.

Had a good time with the group and the drinks were amazing! Porn star martini was the fave out of the 4 drinks we got. The Married couple was unique and provided a much needed laugh as a person in the group is getting a divorce. The Mexican firing squad was strong! And the other drink was okay. It was our least favorite so I dont remember the name. The strip sirloin pizza was great!

Have eaten here several times for takeout, brunch, lunch, dinner, late night inside and on the patio. Food is consistently good every time and staff are friendly. Dog friendly too! I love that they have tots lol Supportive of the elmwood village, welcoming and has live music consistently.

The atmosphere was nice even on the day of a Bills game. In the upstairs back room there are two TVs to watch the game and service was still great. We had Paige as our server and she was attentive and fast. The French toast was delicious. The Omar Benedict was flavorful as well. We will definitely be returning for another brunch.

Review from 3/2024 Classic eggs Benny 7/10 Thicker sauce. Good consistency. Not much flavor though. The "Canadian bacon" was actually ham. Potatoes 7/10 were a little firm in the middle, not cooked enough.

Stopped in for drinks around 5 pm on Sunday before heading to a Bills game. The bartenders were friendly and efficient. Drink was the vodka ducky which was perfectly sweet and biter. The duck is a cute addition. Seems like the food would be good and a decently large space. Would definitely stop by again if we are in the area!

Very good atmosphere to this place! I got a pizza and it was phenomenal! Thicker crust, extra crunchy cheese and good amount of pepperoni! Went with a small group of people and everyone said good things about the food. Service was great as well.

Was nice they were able to get us on the patio for a gorgeous Saturday morning to people watch and enjoy brunch outside. Came here on my husbands birthday and enjoyed breakfast before a long day of family and celebrating. The cocktails were fun - his came with a little rubber ducky in it - cute little twist! He loved his tater tots and the special sandwich that was on French toast with eggs and bacon. I enjoyed the eggs in purgatory but it was too much sauce and not enough eggs - the goat cheese was a good touch though, made them even more creamy. Our server was great as well. We'd def come back!!

I stopped here to have a little mini reunion with some friends on my way through town. It was a great welcoming atmosphere in one of my favorite parts of Buffalo. The server was a fantastic, though I unfortunately don't recall his name since it was about 7 weeks ago. The food was nothing special - pretty standard - so that's where the one star gets docked, as the whole group felt that way and we all got something different. I liked the tots more than the Eggs Benedict which should have been "the star". I would go back to try other items though, especially for lunch or dinner.

I'll be moving to the area and we decided to stop for lunch after touring some nearby places. We loved pretty much everything about Jack Rabbit. Absolutely dripping in rainbow flags and inclusivity. Emo music playing. Great service and delicious food. We had some beers from breweries in Rochester-- all were very good especially the pink starburst one. There were lots of locals that were on first name bases with the staff, which is always a good sign. Can't wait to come back when I, too, will be a local!

A menu with prices would be nice, where can I see one.?

The best place to look unfortunately is in the pictures. There are some on Yelp and Google. You'll have to look at the dates to get the closest possible to the current menu and prices.

    Do you have gf options?

    Yes

How do you determine who is medically unable to be vaccinated?

We no longer require vaccinations, per local and state laws.

Do you need to be vaccinated to enter?

Yes, that way you do not have to wear a mask.

    Are reservations recommended for brunch?

Yes, but not required. We always keep some tables, and both bars, available for walk ins.

I'm always on the lookout, keeping my ear to the ground, for great pizza places in Buffalo…read more Although sometimes, I just want to try some place new. I had heard good things about Naked City Pizza, so I decided to take a break from my usual spots and give them a try and overall, I am very pleased! I called around 4:45pm on a Saturday and a gentleman took my order. He was courteous and friendly and said my order would be ready in 25-30 minutes. I arrived about 30 minutes later, easily finding a parking spot in their large parking lot, which is a mixture of pavement and dirt/gravel. Walking inside the shop, it's similar to most Buffalo pizza shops where it's relatively small and really about take-out, not for dining in. There were a few young guys working the counter and ovens, they were able to get me in and out quickly. From the limited time I was inside, the workers were friendly enough, they seemed to get along well. For dinner, I ordered a Quarter Sheet (6 slices) Steak and Three Cheese pizza but the gentleman who took my order over the phone put my order in as a Half Sheet (12 slices). They realized the mistake too late and gave me the Half Sheet for the Quarter Sheet price! I really do appreciate that, it's great customer service. I have half a pizza leftover for a quick dinner now! Naked City Pizza nails the traditional Buffalo-style with a doughier undercarriage and nice crispy, chewy crust. The dough was airy but it didn't seem as "heavy" as many other pizza places around Buffalo, but maybe I was just REALLY hungry. haha For their steak pizza, it seems like they use thicker pieces of steak, which was great, definitely felt more substantial. Most steak pizzas come topped with banana, hot, or sweet (bell/green) peppers, but Naked City uses roasted red peppers, which are sweet and have a more distinct flavor and softer texture - I was impressed, this paired VERY well with the other components! Along with them, there's also onions on top. The three cheeses used are cheddar, mozzarella, and parmesan, which of course are delicious. In addition to the roasted sweet peppers, the other component that I was surprised by was the white garlic sauce as the base. Steak pizzas around Buffalo vary from using a "hoagie oil/sauce" to just a huge variety of cheeses, no base sauce of any kind. I tend to stay away from white sauce on pizza as it's usually associated with garlic (I don't want my breath to be too... fragrant haha), but this wasn't too garlic-y, I didn't feel like I was "wearing it". I enjoyed the added creaminess the white sauce added to this pie. After six slices, I stopped myself and put the other half in the freezer. The six slices I had were delicious and filled me up nicely - The squares were cut nicely and they were plenty filling with tons of meat and cheese. I have a feeling these will reheat in the oven nicely. Looking at the prices, I was impressed too with how affordable Naked City Pizza is! All-in-all, I'm glad I gave Naked City Pizza a chance and had a great experience! The staff are friendly enough and quick, it's easy to get in and out quickly, and the pizza is traditional Buffalo-style so it's on the heartier end while being affordable. I look forward to ordering and trying a red sauce pizza from Naked City Pizza to see how sweet their sauce is.

I took my son there for lunch the other day, and we were warmly welcomed by the owner, who as it turns out, I knew from his previous restaurants stops. I hadn't seen him in about 15 years, but I recognized him instantly. Great service, polite and courteous staff, and delicious fresh food, are my initial reactions. I was surprised how good the San Franco pizza was! I also had a bowl of Pasta Fasola which was outstanding. I live in the city of Buffalo between Delaware and Elmwood and there are many pizza places around here, plus, I grew up on Bocce on Bailey pizza. However, the Forno Napoli pizza now ruins all others for me. I have never been to Italy, but I imagine this is what pizza is like there. Authentic and fresh. I'm taking all 3 of my kids back there tonight. Trying their salads and pasta as well. This place was very busy on a weekday at 4pm, so it is not a secret. It is also not cheap. I enjoyed my pizza, although I wouldn't order this one again. I do want to say that it is pricey but you will get a very big pie of great quality. The dough was excellent! It was actually my favorite part and I've never said that about any pizza! Atmosphere is extremely casual. There's fruit infused waters to have and you go and grab them yourself (back right corner). They offer both fountain sodas and a generous selection of refrigerated drink options also. Once you order, there is a back dining room with several different size tables, but all with Bills chairs, which is a neat trend we loved seeing in this area, despite being from Florida. The man who greeted us was kind helpful and I was impressed with the pizza options. We ordered: - Buffalo Chicken: had a really good flavor & was my favorite! - BBQ Chicken: my son loved it - Margerhita: also had a good flavor - Pickle: the best we've had by far - Beef Pattie: looks like a Jamaican one but isn't spicy and had a very strange almost veal or lamb taste. Overall the flavors of the pizzas were really very good, but unfortunately every slice was so overcooked and burnt that it quickly overtook the great flavor of each bite. Now, the thing is, everyone likes different kinds of pizza, and apparently Brooklyn style isn't necessarily our jam, but for something we really don't like (black crust), it was still very good and we would highly recommend it to people who like more cooked pizza.

This time I ordered their take on a WNY specialty pizza: the chicken finger pizza. In short, it was fantastic! Since I'm a member of their rewards program, I received a "$5 off your next order" code and figured it'd been a couple months since my last visit. The coupon couldn't have come at a better time. I placed my order online on a Saturday around 4:15pm for a 5:05pm pick-up. I know, you lose a bit of the personability when you don't call the restaurant to place an order, but online ordering is so easy and quick, and I love being able to pick my pick-up time and know my order will be ready, and paid for, when I arrive. As of 07/2026, the inside of One Pie Pizza Co. underwent a remodel. It's not as spacious, but I think it opens up their kitchen more, which I'm 100% on-board with since that means more pizza and other goodies. The staff are just as friendly and courteous as ever, I'm glad that hasn't changed. So, for dinner, I ordered a QTR Sheet (six slice) from their "SUPER Specialty Pizza" menu - The BFLO Chicken Finger (blue cheese base) cooked "LIGHT WELL DONE", which is a choice between their homemade red sauce or blue cheese base that is topped with diced chicken fingers, mozzarella cheese, and Frank's (medium) sauce. The "LIGHT WELL DONE" option is for cooking the dough underneath a bit more, firming it up, making it crispier. I like a little extra cook on my pizza as, sometimes, the Buffalo-style dough is a bit too limp, almost soggy/wet, which makes holding a slice... challenging. haha Now, I've had a few chicken finger pizzas throughout the years and while I love them, they don't always love me back. They're typically very dense pizzas thanks to all the cheese (blue cheese base AND cheese blends on top) but I was impressed with how well One Pie Pizza Co.'s sat. Don't get me wrong, this pizza is absolutely loaded. When I opened the box, I was worried how I was going to pick it up as it looked messy, but as they say, appearances can be deceiving! I was impressed and didn't finish my meal wearing it all over my hands and face. Every slice was generously topped, the flavor was spot-on. Now, I love a cheesy pizza, but I really appreciate the constraint One Pie Pizza Co. showed with not going overboard with a "blend" of cheeses on top of a blue cheese base - The layer of mozzarella was plenty, a great flavor on its own. As with all of their pizza, this left me happy and full. With that $5 off coupon, this brought the price to under $20, an incredible price, especially in 2026! One Pie Pizza Co. remains one of my favorite pizzas in Buffalo. I'm glad I finally tried their chicken finger pizza, this was excellent. With how well it agreed with me, I'm pretty confident in saying One Pie Pizza Co. will be where I order chicken finger pizzas from exclusively going forward!
