I ended up finishing the entire dish since I wasn't sharing the other plates with the group. About halfway through, I felt like it needed a little something extra, and our server suggested trying their mashed limo pepper. Fair warning, it's spicy! It added the perfect kick and really elevated the flavors of the dish. Our server was incredibly attentive throughout the meal and made the experience even better.
