Ryan went above and beyond to help us match our existing floors. When an issue came up with the flooring order, he took the time to work with the manufacturer and even drove all the way to Cypress to exchange the material, making sure we received the correct flooring. The installation was quick and the floor looks amazing! Ryan truly cared about making sure everything was done right, and we really appreciate all of his extra effort. We highly recommend Hemet Flooring!

Ryan walked the home with us, brought some excellent "Made in the USA" samples and gave us a very fair price. A week or so later, Austin and his crew arrived, had the old carpets & padding out in 3 hours and started installing the new floor. There were a couple of areas that needed tending - screws added to the subfloor in this 45 year old home - and they eliminated the issue! The new flooring was finished exactly to the schedule they gave us - and it looks fantastic! Extraordinary attention to detail, an extremely polite crew that cleaned up after themselves every day and the finished floors are absolutely stunning! NICELY DONE, GUYS!!!

Great service, fair pricing, and beautiful work!…read more I found this company through their Yelp reviews and messaged them through Yelp. They responded in less than 15 minutes and were able to schedule a free in-home estimate. Robert arrived right on time, helped us choose the right carpet and color, and gave us very helpful advice. The pricing was very reasonable and transparent, so we decided to move forward. The crew came just one week later, right on schedule, removed our old carpet, and installed the new carpet beautifully. The entire process was fast, professional, and hassle-free. We're very happy with our stairs and would definitely recommend them!

He's out here operating with a suspended license, stiffing the demo crew who tore out our flooring, and leaving us with a destroyed home and a half‑finished job. His installer barely got 10% done before the entire crew disappeared without a single word. I've tried calling. I've tried emailing. I even showed up at the local office -- all I got were pathetic excuses and zero accountability. The demo company and I have already filed complaints with the contractors board and the financing company because this man thinks he can just take people's money and run. How does a grown man blatantly steal, lie through his teeth, and operate with zero integrity? Every response he posts to negative reviews is defensive, rude, and dripping with shady behavior. He cannot be trusted. Nothing he says is real. And I have the documentation to back every bit of this up. I wish I had dug deeper before hiring him. If I can stop even one person from getting screwed the way we did, then at least this disaster serves a purpose.

Buyer Beware - My Home Was Left Torn Apart - Their contractor license has been revoked!…read more I never imagined I would be writing a review like this, but I feel obligated to warn other homeowners. I hired Flooring Direct Temecula to replace the flooring throughout my home. On June 22, 2026, I signed a contract for laminate flooring and paid the required deposit to pay for materials. The installation began but stopped abruptly after only part of the flooring was installed because there were no remaining materials. What followed was one of the worst customer service nightmares I have ever had. For more than two weeks, the owner, Bill Norris, completely disappeared. My repeated phone calls and text messages went unanswered. I received absolutely no communication explaining why my home had been left in pieces. During that same time: * The installer told me he had not been paid. * The delivery driver told me he could not reach Bill. * A salesperson ( His son Billy) at Flooring Direct Temecula also told me he could not get Bill to answer his calls. Think about that for a moment. Not only could the customer not reach the owner, but his own employees and subcontractors couldn't reach him either. Because no one would communicate with me, I had to investigate the situation myself. I contacted the flooring manufacturer directly and discovered that only part of my flooring order had ever been purchased. The remaining flooring required to finish my home was sitting at the manufacturer because it had never been paid for. As the homeowner, I was told I could not obtain my own flooring because only the contractor could authorize and pay for its release. Meanwhile, my home was left with exposed subfloors, furniture piled everywhere, and rooms that were unusable. No phone call. No explanation. No plan. No concern for the customer. I ultimately had to open a dispute with Chase Visa to protect my money. I also filed felony charges!!!!!!!!!!! Only after I escalated the situation and informed Bill that I was involving the police to document what had happened and finally pressed formal criminal charges did he finally contact me. This entire situation could have been handled differently with honest communication. Instead, I was left chasing answers from installers, delivery drivers, and manufacturers because the person responsible for my project simply disappeared. This wasn't simply a delayed job. This was a complete breakdown in communication and professionalism that left my family living in an unfinished construction zone while we had no idea whether our project would ever be completed. I strongly encourage anyone considering Flooring Direct Temecula to do extensive research, verify everything independently, and understand exactly who is responsible for your project before paying a deposit. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

We needed new floors and carpeting. They came right out for the estimate and they spent time with us going over the different types of products that would meet our needs. We love what we chose. We're most impressed by the floors in particular. They're soft to walk on, super easy to take care of, clearly are going to be quite durable, and they're really, really pretty. Lexi, Zach, and Adam were all professional, kind, and considerate. Throughout the project with us they went the extra mile in every way, even staying open late for me once. I live almost an hour away, and they waited for me to come in even though I was running late. They made coffee for me, too! Usually when working with a well functioning company I feel like I'm an appreciated customer, but the people here made me feel like I was a truly valued customer. I recommend them highly.

They were professional and very attentive to detail. The price for this work was beyond reasonable and would highly recommend Ferguson Flooring for your needs. For the longer more detailed appreciative review: We did our homework, we went and got quotes from Empire, Lowes and Ferguson. Ferguson won out for so many reasons. They let us bring home samples so we could see how it might look with our house and furniture. While in their show room, they were helpful and attentive and listened to what we were looking for and guided us accordingly. AND, their prices were just great as compared to others. Once we locked down a date, the crew came in and quickly dispatched our old rug, prepped the floor and got right to work. The crew was friendly and focused and also very helpful with there knowledge and suggestions. Every suggestion was spot on for the end result. And their stair guy...he's a genius and an artist! TRULY!!! They didn't rush at all, and took their time to do the job correctly. They were funny and personable as well...no buttcracks showed at any time during their work...LOL. But seriously...you can tell these guys love their job. They were playing some tunes while working, singing along, chatting up with us...Just really great people!
