My husband and I were traveling from San Diego to Chuckawalla Race Way with the 20-foot trailer…read more When we reached the Hemet area, my husband noticed the trailer was moving around too much, and he did not feel secure to continue driving, so we stopped on the side street. The ball that hooks to the hitch was loose, and we don't have a big wrench to tight it up. He used the crowbar and whatever wrench we had at the time to tight them up. It does the job but still doesn't feel secure because we had a 3,000-pound car in the trailer. My husband found the Topline Industrial, and we decided to stop. We found the wrench and a crescent wrench that were big enough to tight the ball up, but it cost around $88-$102. One of the guys that works there asked what was going on, so my husband explained. He then told us to move the trailer to the garage area so he could tight everything up for us with no charge. How nice! What a great customer service. This guy made our days, and we arrived at the Chuckawalla safely. Thank you so much.

He helped me out, gave me an excellent price, got all my materials to me, and answered all my questions along the way. Because this was a project we did ourselves and have zero knowledge, he was extremely helpful with guidance as well and very patient with me. Everyone beware of this place, my father went to go unload on Presidents' Day, 02/17/2020. He…read morechecked out their website and it stated that their place of business was open. My dad went all the way from Bakersfield to Beaumont, so when he got to the place there was a security guard letting in the truck drivers and as well as a fork lift driver to unload them. Little did he know the fork lift driver told my dad that the place was in reality closed, and if he wanted to be unloaded he was gomas have to pay the forklift driver a $100.00 dollars or else he was gonna have to wait until Tuesday morning at 6am when they were open. Truck drivers don't have time like that so he had to unfortunately pay him. But this is scam by the company and I don't think it's right for them to steal money from the truck drivers and and fool them in to thinking that they're open and running when in reality they are not. So my advice on hollidays when most businesses are closed look them up online and give them a call, if they do not answer then they are close, that's what I did on Presidents' Day and no one answered the phone.
