The customer service rep Jennifer was communicative throughout the entire process and the installers were personable and on time. Be sure to double check that the colors you wanted on your quote are the same colors that are put into the final contract. Our contract had a color mistake which delayed us about a week with reordering and restocking, but the company was able to work with us to get the problem resolved. The price was right in line with other companies, and the city permit was correct and done properly. Installation was clean and came out just as we imagined. Now my parents want a cover for their house. I will recommend this company to anyone in the IE.

From first point of contact, they treated me like a person, not a number. I got a follow up call from Sasha within minutes after messaging them and I had a consult scheduled for the next day. Not only was the sense of urgency there, but the quote was delivered fast and the execution of the project was swift! They have a very organized process and excellent attention to detail and they were so professional and courteous. Sasha and his men are all highly skilled at what they do and they maintained a schedule, to assure the timely completion of the project. He also went out of his way to communicate what they completed every day, and what they were doing the following day. Allie helped me choose the right vanity, faucet and light to make sure everything blended and came together nicely. I couldn't be happier with the finished project and their work. Businesses that offer their level of service are few and far between. I am very grateful that I hired them to do this project for me! Five stars is not enough.

We received 6 other quotes, a few were outrageous, some were comparable but were not able to provide design services. Tims quote was all inclusive and reasonable, we signed a contract with him. I don't doubt that Ron (and some of his team) have made some nice things before. But, as a…read moreprofessional service, I cannot recommend them. They made an incredible number of mistakes on what should have been a relatively straight forward (but pricey) kitchen remodel, and some bedroom built-in cabinets. To make things worse, they reacted very unprofessionally on a number of occasions when their shoddy mistakes were challenged. Not only were these reactions to me, but to my wife, and to the general contractor (who now swears to not work with Ron again as it came to reflect poorly on him too). It would be too tiring to break the whole process down and list all of the mistakes. But, as another reviewer here mentioned, Ron became "too busy" to correct their last set of mistakes so we decided to move on. And guess what? The next guy got it spot on, first time, with a smile on his face. It's called professionalism.
