My wife and I decided to redo our Master Bathroom. Wanting higher end hardware than the big box stores and expert advice, we ended up at Winbath & Kitchen. They did not disappoint! Huge selection with every brand I was familiar with and a few that I wasn't. Never having purchased higher end plumbing fixtures, I did have a biot of sticker shock. However, I did look up the prices of the major items online while in the store. To my surprise and delight, their prices were very competitive. Every item was within 5% or so. Some higher, some lower. The few extra dollars I spent was well worth the advice I received. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to upgrade their fixtures. read more

Extremely disappointed and a waste of time!!!! Arrived to the store and was greeted by Janet G. and she seemed to be very helpful and the showroom had a lot of nice options for my bathroom remodel. Janet said she would have me two options by the following day. Two days later I received only one option "disappointing" and when I talked to Janet she said she would send over another option/color for the fixtures. Never ever heard from her again!! Stay away unless you want to waste your time and energy! We ended up ordering thru Build/Fergusons $9700.00 of product and received everything but 1 piece so far. read more

The sales people are very territorial. If you go in the shop and your sales person who previously helped you is not there the other sales people do not want to help you. They will leave a note on the desk of "your" person. I was so upset with my last experience with them. I spent thousands of dollars there on my kitchen and baths remodel. Recently, I had some water damage so I had to have some work done in the kitchen. I ordered a couple of drawer pulls and they did not match the ones I had. They made me pay shipping and handling and a restocking fee for those pulls that I could not use. I would think that after spending thousands of dollars they would not have charged me that. I thought that was petty of them. I'll never go there again. And, I had actually purchased another safety bar for my bathroom, which was not cheap. I would not have purchased a safety bar there if I had the experience with the door pulls first. read more

The staff was polite and extremely helpful ! I didn't realize how stressful remodeling a bathroom could be but after getting in contact with Lorena and her staff, things went so smoothly! I've been going to back and forth with so many options from so many different places and I swear I was starting to give up on the remodel. Once I stepped into WinBath and Kitchen and spoke to Lorena, a weight was immediately lift off my shoulders. They're all so knowledgeable with their products. Lorena also was able to give me so many options is different price ranges. She helped me save so much money for quality products. Other places were selling me the most expensive products and Lorena was able to show me great products for an affordable price. Shiela is so patient and listens to every need and want you are looking for. It took us about a month to decide on all the bathroom accessories like the tub, vanity, lights, etc. and Shiela helped every step of the way. The HONEST recommendations were a real plus. Also, WinBath is a one stop shop! We've recently gone back to purchase our kitchen sink and kitchen faucet. Very disappointed with the lady (who goes by LA Garcia)who promised to help us find the right bath tub that will help my neuropathy and leg pain. She got our email address and promised to research on what we were looking for. We waited and waited for an email from her & after 3 weeks of waiting, I called her and again she said that she'd get back to us. After another 2 weeks of no response, my husband & I decided to go to spa store inOrange County. After 21/2 months, we got the spa of our dreams. I will definitely NOT recommend this store. We had a WIN today shopping for a particular sized bathroom vanity that we needed. Sheila very kindly assisted us and went out of her way to take on our challenge. We were very, very pleased with Sheila's attentiveness to our needs as she kept searching for something that would fit the bill and we would be happy with. Obligatory statement of I would give 0 stars but I have to give 1. I came into this establishment twice looking for a bathtub. The first time wasn't so bad as I just had questions. the second time I came in with my wife and the lady LORENA that I was dealing with was rude from the jump to the point to where my wife said she didn't want to buy from there. When I asked for a price on some shower fixtures she immediately gave me the price of the cheaper option. Not sure if because I'm black she expected me to not be able to afford the one I asked for. Ultimately this negative review comes down to me attempting to buy a tub, while in store we asked for a price of a tub with taxes and LORENA gave us a price. LORENA gave me her card and said I could text her my information and she would put the order in. I sent her a text one morning and got NO response. I ended up having to call way later in the day to verify if they ordered the tub in which LORENA practically told me she seen my text and ignored it. So she said she would order it and call me back to get my card info. When I was called back they asked for my card info and attempted to charge me without telling me the price(luckily I asked), the price ended up being more than what I specifically remembered LORENA telling me. So I call my wife and asked if she remembered what the price was and her number was the same exact number I remembered. So I called LORENA back and told her that the day my wife and I were in she gave us a different price. LORENA proceeded to tell me that my wife and I were lying she most definitely did not tell me that price. So when I asked her what price she told me she said she doesn't even remember giving us a price. So I asked LORENA how can she tell me that I was lying about the price without her even remembering giving me a price. She quickly started to try and belittle me and tell me the tub was already ordered and will sell whether I buy or not. Customer service from the beginning with her was crap and I 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND. Check their Yelp reviews and the reviews there will be more in line with my experience and it seems most of the negative reviews are about LORENA. read more

This review has been a long time coming as we finished out project about 8 months ago.......maybe a little longer. Be that as it may, Winbath was an unexpected surprise. Their prices aren't the cheapest and they're not the most expensive.......they are competitive. What could not be beat was the customer service. Lorena was amazingly helpful. She worked with us every step of the way. Even two or three months down the road when we had trouble with our faucet, she took care of with no problem. I will definitely go back when we do our bathrooms. This place is a jewel. read more
