I was referred here for baseboards for an ADU. I am so sad that I have spent so much at the bog box stores when this gem is in my city!! I wasn't sure which size I wanted for my space and they let me take home some pieces to sample in the space before committing to buy read more

Amazing! What a difference new interior doors and trim make in updating any home. Prices were incredibly reasonable -- wish we had done this much sooner because it cost way less than I expected. Shoutout to their staff -- so on top of it and incredibly responsive during business hours via text. So I called because I needed a door custom made. I have the measurements and everything. They told me they would need the old door but I advised I do not have it. I would have to do everything myself, do the hinges, etc.... I asked how are they different from Home Depot and the lady couldn't give me a reason. If you're in the business of providing a service or selling goods, maybe try to sell your business? I remember working for Mercedes Benz a long time ago and BMW is our #1 rival. When people would call, looking to buy a car, I would persuade them and brag about our cars. Maybe customers service isn't what it used to be. Sad. read more

They offer great prices for high quality products. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend Empire doors and trims.

Awesome local door and trim shop with AMAZING PRICING! Literally, the same product you find at Home Depot can be found here for 1/4 of the price. I bought crown/base board molding for my entire house here, including 18 solid core doors, which also were competitively priced. Friendly staff, a huge warehouse with inventory on hand, though doors are custom ordered and custom routed if desired. No complaints! Would definitely recommend. read more

The staff is nothing short of extraordinary. They answer all your questions and they make sure that you have received all the help that you need. The prices are very good and the inventory is not ever really an issue. Greg is awesome as well. He makes sure that his staff is treated well which reciprocates with them treating the customers well. Beware of false advertising. These guys are posting false ads stating there baseboard is .59 cents & when you come in or call them they shoot the price up by almost triple. They do not honour there prices, stay away from this business, seems like the are trying to scam people. read more

I purchased a home in 2023 and immediately started on gutting the interior of the home. I removed all the interior doors, door casings door trim and all the baseboards. The plan was to install pre-hung solid wood doors throughout the home to match the new flooring and cabinets. A few months into this project I had some unexpected life changes today the least and wasn't able to afford the wooden doors I originally planned. Luckily, I kept the old doors however I needed new door frames and new door casings through the home, because I had thrown the old ones out. I made several calls to various door companies throughout the I.E. A buddy who had done contracting work for me, mentioned Empire Doors. I looked them up, read a few reviews, looked at their prior projects and later reached out to Greg Marquez. Greg was quick to respond back, answering all my questions and the next day showed up at my home. We spoke candidly. Greg was very easy to deal with, and provided me with detailed information regarding the process of reinstalling the doors. I hired him on the spot! I never had any worries about Greg keeping his word and I trusted him with my home. Greg had a full team of experienced staff start on the project a few days later and completed the job ahead of schedule. My home is a single story home, 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, over 3,600 Sq and over 26 doors just to give you an example of how much work Greg and his team had to do. I recommend Greg and Empire Doors to anyone looking for quality work, professional staff and trustworthy employees. read more

I messaged to get a quote on a 30x80 glass door with a design for our laundry room (Friday morning). I got a response within hours and a call the following day. After a few messages and a deposit, I was told the door would be ready by Thursday of the following week. On Tuesday morning, I received a call letting me know my door was ready! I was really impressed by the service and professionalism of everyone at Empire Doors & Trim. I will definitely come back to order my Pantry door and recommend their work to friends and family. Thank you Diana from Empire Doors! read more

WOW! What a find! As mentioned in a previous review, stay away from the big box stores. Why? 1) Much better selection. 2) Incredible pricing, about 1/2 of big stores. 3) Great customer service. I called on a Saturday after store was closed. On the following Tuesday, (Monday was a Holiday) Stephanie called me at about 10 minutes after 8 stating that they were sorry they missed my call. She beat me to the punch and called me BEFORE I called them back. Once you get here, you will see why they get nothing but positive reviews. Save money and get a better selection, you will not be disappointed. Thank you Empire Doors and Trims!!!!!! read more

We have used Empire Doors twice over the last few years and are on our way back now for interior doors. Last week we picked up three exterior doors that work beautifully for our garage conversion. Jackie and the entire family are so patient and helpful in picking out all the necessary details for the right price while helping to create the perfect custom door. Love this place and recommend to everyone. It's definitely worth the drive from Los Angeles - we won't buy our doors from anywhere else! read more

Be careful with this place, they add extra charges without notifying you. I paid for some doors over the phone and never received a copy of my receipt. We were having issues with our truck so I asked how much they charged for delivery and was told $50. We couldn't get someone to be here so it delayed it some more. They call me and tell me I needed to pick up the doors and so I asked when they can deliver and they tell me it'll be an extra $25 because the delivery guy needs help unloading. We end up calling some friends to help us pick them up instead and when they get there, my husband is charged $25 for storage because we didn't pick up the doors right away and it was stated on the bottom of the receipt I never received. I guess they were desperate for those $25 one way or another. Bad business costs you more in the long run. read more

My husband and I went in there a over a month ago wanted to purchase two exterior doors plus framing and two intirior doors. We needed installation and went with the contractor there. After he came to give us our estimate he contacted us twice after we reached out to him and gave us vague time frames and those dates came and went. I really want to support small and local businesses but will have to take my business elsewhere. So unbelievably disappointed with my experience. If he didn't have time for us or want our business why give us the run around? I would give no stars if that was an option. read more

By far the best Door & Trim company in so cal ! The staff is extremely friendly and very willing to answer any questions. Have a custom door that you won't find at Home Depot? Well they'll have it here ! In addition to a wide range of material their prices cannot be beaten. I had a quote from another company and not only did they price match it but they actually beat it. Love this place gave me a killer deal on some beautiful 5" baseboards 2 weeks later I look into crown molding, shopped around at a few places and empire blew the competition out of the water and I mean by a long shot my contractor was even surprised at how good their prices were that he took down their contact info. Had the material delivered and they said they would be here at 12 and lone behold they showed up right on time. It was a pleasure working with empire and I will be sure to come back for my door casing which are next on the list. Thank you empire!!!! read more
