I cannot say enough good things about AVA Flood Restoration and how grateful we are for their team!…read more On June 29, 2026, a pipe burst in our home in the middle of the night, causing extensive water damage. We initially contacted a local plumbing and restoration company in Corona to repair the pipe and handle the water mitigation. Unfortunately, we quickly lost confidence in their ability to properly manage the situation. Days went by with our drywall and flooring still soaked, and there seemed to be little urgency in getting our house dried out. Concerned about further damage and potential mold growth, we decided to get a second opinion. That's when we called AVA Flood Restoration, and I'm so thankful we did! Within a couple of hours, their team arrived and immediately got to work. They brought in dehumidifiers and fans, began the water removal and drying process, and removed damaged drywall to properly address the moisture and help prevent mold. The difference in their responsiveness, professionalism, and overall approach was night and day. It was such a relief to finally feel like our home was in good hands. What I appreciate most about AVA is that they didn't just handle the water damage cleanup and mitigation; they also took care of the entire reconstruction. Having one company manage everything from the initial flood cleanup to putting our home back together made such a difference. They worked with our insurance company throughout the claim process, kept us informed, and made the reconstruction phase an absolute breeze. They even finished ahead of schedule! Dealing with water damage in your home is stressful enough, and after our initial experience, I was honestly dreading the entire restoration process. AVA completely changed that. Their team was responsive, organized, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about getting our home back to normal. We are incredibly grateful to AVA Flood Restoration for stepping in when we needed them most and making what could have been a very difficult process so much easier. If you ever need water damage restoration, emergency water mitigation, flood cleanup, or reconstruction, I would recommend AVA without hesitation. Thank you to the entire team for taking such great care of our home!
