After requesting an estimate thru Yelp, we were immediately contacted by Desert Pride's owner and then our Project Manager, Ruben Aceves. I would like to add my voice to the chorus of other satisfied clients that have worked with Desert Pride. I recently purchased a home and was in desperate need of upgrading my patio & pool. Being from the East Coast I knew no one to get a recommendation from, so I started my due diligence and carefully interviewed a handful of contractors. Some took weeks to give me a quote, others wanted to keep visiting my property before quoting me. It was just taking a long time and I couldn't believe how slow some of these people are in the desert. I mean if it takes this long to get a quote I can only image how long it will take to finish a project. I discovered Desert Pride online and read all of their great reviews. Both brothers, Carlos and Guillermo, were at my home within 24 hours after calling and were listening really carefully as to what I wanted. They did not need to keep coming back or take a week to give me a quote.... This is what they do for a living and it was a simple job for them. Within 24 hours I received an estimate! The quote was broken down so I can easily see what was being done and where all the money was going. Their rate was reasonable, and it was right in the middle of several other contractors. To me it wasn't just about the money.... I wanted someone who really understood what I wanted and had plenty of experience. I felt more than comfortable moving forward with them. The next month I watched the team of Desert Pride transform my patio and pool from an outdated murky swamp to something that you would see in Greece. We chose Desert Pride Construction for our whole condo remodel because of the excellent reviews. We do not live in town plus the condo was built in 1964 with all the challenges that brings. Guillermo and his team made it perfectly easy and enjoyable to work with. He was always available to text call or email and I really appreciated that. Ruben's management of the process was great as was the workmanship of the team from demo to plumbing and tiling. They were clean, efficient and a pleasure to deal with.
