Choosing Palozzi Flooring to install vinyl planks in our master bedroom paid off nicely in a…read moretimely, affordable endeavor. Owner Anthony acknowledged our budget and presented many appealing options. Gustavo Felix and Jesus performed the multi-step process from carpet removal to custom baseboard painting. My husband commented that he was glad we hadn't attempted the project ourselves--since we're consummate DIYers--after watching the complicated process and the obvious ease of their long expertise. I appreciated Gustavo's edification on flooring types and the pros and cons of product choices between flooring contractors and Floor & Decor. Seems there's a big difference in the "Uni Click" and "Easy Click" types of planks that is not addressed in online tutorials. (He advocates the former.) We had originally decided on Floor & Decor products and merely sought installation estimates. Although we ultimately lucked out in meeting with Anthony and finding commensurately-priced products, I suggest more initial pushback to educate first-timers about quality differences and pricing. Big-box stores aren't necessarily the best choice. We are pleased with the new bedroom look and anticipate similar carpet replacement throughout the house down the road.

Manny was very professional and made us feel at ease. we gave him information on the type of Granite that we had previously picked out at Arizona Tile, (A great place to shop for any type of stone). Later in the day we received a quote by email which was a great price for the Granite slab, fabrication and installation. (We had other quotes that were much higher). We accepted their proposal and within a few days, AST sent out their Technician Ted, to take measurements and do a template. Within the next week, We were notified that the Granite was ready for installation. Ted arrived with his crew and perfectly installed the perfect beautiful Granite counter top with our new undermount double sink. Holes were perfectly drilled for faucet, soap dispenser and dishwasher push button. The workers were very careful to keep the area dust free and clean. All in all, they did a great professional job and we are delighted with our new kitchen island. Hats off to AST Stone Corp. of Coachella.

I had…read morepreviously interviewed a couple of his competitors which were both very brief run-throughs of the house and then out the door. There was no explanation presented of the process they would undertake. Mario was different. He spent a lot of time explaining in detail the condition and previous care (or lack of care) of our slate floors over the years and the detailed process that his company would undertake to restore them. I was very hopeful after convincing myself that the floors were beyond saving. Mario was so transparent and patient with us that we decided to put our trust in him and his family-owned business even though his bid was slightly higher than the others. Well, Tilecare validated the truth to the adage "you get what you pay for". From the beginning, the crew was prompt and timely with their service and Mario was always available to answer questions and address concerns. The crew was extremely skilled, efficient, professional and courteous. The end result was beyond anything that I could have imagined and we are so happy that we opted for restoration over replacement. I would highly recommend Mario and his family and guarantee you that they will deliver beyond expectations.
