However, the installer Gayle recommended also failed to return calls. When I reached back out to Gayle to ask for an alternate installer recommendation, I again received no response. I don't understand how this level of follow-through is acceptable in a sales role, especially after the purchase has been made. If you're comfortable chasing down answers on your own, you may be fine -- but don't expect proactive or even basic post-sale communication.
