The price was exactly what they promised. The work was clean. They took my wife's ideas and her Pinterest collage and created EXACTLY what we were looking for - even when we didn't know. When they thought our idea would look bad, they told us...and offered a solution. When we were not quite sure what we wanted for a particular thing, they brainstormed with us. When we made changes in the middle of the project, they not only rolled with it, but suggested how the changes could be even better. The best part, though, was this: I watched them work. I had a water intrusion issue in the kitchen, Elite came out, measured all the cabinets needing replacement and suggested a company to remove the granite counter in one piece. They had multiple options for restoring my kitchen. and provided estimates for each choice. They completed the work on time, no surprise charges. The cabinets look great, you would never know that there was ever an issue in the kitchen. As a home inspector, I know what poor craftsmanship and installation looks like. This was good, quality work, As a plus, this is a family owned business with the family owned business level of personal attention that I appreciate.
