From the very first interaction, their team was incredibly professional, responsive, and attentive to every detail. The work was completed exactly as promised, the pricing was fair and transparent, and we always felt confident that we were in good hands. It's rare to find a company that combines craftsmanship, reliability, and genuine pride in their work the way they do. If you're looking for a team you can trust with your home, we highly recommend PSP Painting and Property Services. Outstanding experience from start to finish.

Choosing Palozzi Flooring to install vinyl planks in our master bedroom paid off nicely in a…read moretimely, affordable endeavor. Owner Anthony acknowledged our budget and presented many appealing options. Gustavo Felix and Jesus performed the multi-step process from carpet removal to custom baseboard painting. My husband commented that he was glad we hadn't attempted the project ourselves--since we're consummate DIYers--after watching the complicated process and the obvious ease of their long expertise. I appreciated Gustavo's edification on flooring types and the pros and cons of product choices between flooring contractors and Floor & Decor. Seems there's a big difference in the "Uni Click" and "Easy Click" types of planks that is not addressed in online tutorials. (He advocates the former.) We had originally decided on Floor & Decor products and merely sought installation estimates. Although we ultimately lucked out in meeting with Anthony and finding commensurately-priced products, I suggest more initial pushback to educate first-timers about quality differences and pricing. Big-box stores aren't necessarily the best choice. We are pleased with the new bedroom look and anticipate similar carpet replacement throughout the house down the road.

Excellent from start to finish. Carlos was a blessing to my project…read more -He was friendly, prompt and on time with reminders of any kind when it came to coming to my home and providing me with an estimate. Other companies and contractors flaked or tried to provide me with general estimates via texts. Not Carlos. -His estimate was clearly outlined and there was no pressure to do things a certain way. Because I was working with a budget and fluctuating ideas on baseboard and the type of floor I would select. Carlos made it easy to view and choose because everything was listed and itemized. He also was always available to me to answer questions or clarify items for me. -He didn't flinch when I asked about a seamless install and he never made me feel bad for asking questions or referring to my budget. He was always kind, understanding, and professional. -When other factors that had nothing to do with him came up, he offered to help me with referrals to other trades like plumbers, etc. -When it came time for the install, his team was prompt, thorough, and very efficient. OF ALL THE TRADES HIS TEAM WAS THE ONLY ONE TO LEAVE MY HOME BETTER THAN THEY FOUND IT. Sorry to scream on that one but it was that much of a stand out. His guys took care of everything needed to do the job and then cleaned my home and the space they were working on outside without me asking, following up, or needing to do it myself. -Finally. When it came to billing everything was simplified there too. I was able to pay by phone or online with a link. Easy breezy and MY FLOORS LOOK AMAZING. I have already referred Carlos and Wood Floor Installers Inc. He was a true blessing to me on my project.

It's a small galley kitchen so that was significant. Charlie came over quickly to give me a quote and discussed the options of doing just the patches or remudding the whole ceiling. We decided to go with the whole ceiling and it looks fantastic!! Better than before. The texture matches the rest of the walls and ceilings perfectly. Great value!! They were careful to drape and cover all surfaces cleaning up at the end of the day both days. I really appreciated being able to access my refrigerator and stove, even though it would've been easier for them to not remove the tarps every night. I used Charlie before, and I will continue to use him, and recommend him to anyone who asks! He's fair, friendly, and extremely detail oriented. Plus, you can tell how skilled he is when you see his work in person.
