Carlos and team were excellent. Friendly, professional and they care about making things look right and the customer is happy. Denise is great at communicating and follow up. She did a great job estimating the job and providing options that met our needs at a reasonable price. We are very happy not only with our new flooring but the experience with the people, which is equally important to us. Thank you. read more

Needed a quick, affordable turnaround for new carpet on an older home languishing on the market. Big guys couldn't deliver on my budget and timing requirements. Jose found a good-looking sample with the right price tag and immediate installation. Competent installers knew their business and turned the project around in just two days. Results are great and have dramatically improved the odds of a successful sale. read more

Can't say enough about B&B Flooring. Tenaya floor was exactly how we imagined and the value was just right. It's no surprise this company had 5 stars. If you're looking for new flooring give them a call. You won't be disappointed. Great price for outstanding work. read more

I called B&B to schedule installation of baseboards at my home. Mr Jose contacted me and provided a fair estimate. His crew arrived on time, and completed the work the same day. The crew took their time and did a fantastic job installing 320 linear feet of 5" baseboards with rounded bullnose corners. When they finished they cleaned their work area and made sure I was satisfied before they left. I would highly recommend B&B. Mr Jose's crew were true craftsmen. read more

I called and spoke to Denise several weeks ago about an issue I'm having with a few of my laminate floor planks coming up in my dining room area. (installed by previous owner) and was wondering if it was repairable since I have a few spare boxes of the planks in my garage. She asked me to send her some pictures and would show them to her dad (the owner) and go from there. Within a few days she sent one of her installers to my condo to look at the area. He seemed confident he could take care of the issue and someone would reach out to me with an estimate shortly. After waiting a few days and hearing nothing, i contacted Denise and she told me the installer would send an estimate. I then reached out directly to him and never heard back. I contacted Denise 2 more times with no response at all after leaving both a voicemail and text message. Whatever their reason is for not taking the job, that is irrelevant. However, it is common courtesy and a good business practice to advise the customer that you cannot do the job and not string them along leaving them hanging for nothing. That is just simply rude and not appreciated. Based on my limited experience with this company, I would not recommend them due to their lack of follow up and poor customer service handling a potential customer. I'm giving them 2 stars instead of 1 only because Denise did send someone to look at my floors in a timely manner. read more

I requested an estimate via Yelp to remove carpet in 3 bedrooms and replace them with tile to match the rest of the house. I immediately received a response from Jose saying his tile guy Raul will be reaching out to me. Within hours I'm in contact with Raul and scheduled him to come take measurements and provide a quote. He is responsive, able to start right away, and the pricing was reasonable (I got several bids from others). It took 7 days and the project was complete. I recommend this company for a hassle-free project and would hire them again in the future. read more

Jose is professional and honest. He was able to take care of our flooring after a disaster of water damage. He was prompt to respond and from the moment we met him in person we felt we could trust him and his team. We weren't planning on changing our flooring but since the water flooding we had no choice. Jose and his team were able to take on the job quickly and finished the job beautifully and in the time Frame promised. read more

I hired B&B Flooring to replace the laminate flooring in a rental unit after Hurricane Hilary caused some water damage. I worked with Jose and Denise at B&B Flooring. They provided timely communication and gave me a fair price on flooring (much cheaper than I was able to find myself) and labor. Denise was my primary contact and provided step by step communications throughout the process. We did run into an issue after the project was completed (there are always surprises with construction projects) and B&B Flooring handled the issue with continued communication and much grace. I have a feeling not many contractors would have stepped up and handled the issue as well as B&B Flooring did. I have another project in the near future to replace my own flooring and nothing would please me more than to work with B&B Flooring again. Well done Jose and Denise. Thank you for hearing me and making my experience excellent. read more

When our original contractor became ill, I found B&B Flooring on Yelp. Jose reached out immediately, gave us an excellent bid, and was able to schedule the installation of our baseboards quickly since I already had other projects/contractors lined up for jobs following this installation. His installer, Jesus, worked tirelessly installing the new baseboards throughout our house. They are absolutely beautiful! I am beyond pleased with the quality of the work (and the quality of the people), and so thankful that I found Jose and his company. read more

spoke to the owner Jose and told him that I needed wood floors asap. He immediately came out and got measurements. He went on vacation but was still responding to my questions via text and at the same time ordering the materials and coordinating install. the install went well with very minor concerns (fingers prints on some doors - my doors are white) but could be easily remedied. All in all is was a great experience and would highly recommend. read more

B&B just replaced our old carpet & tile with LVP. Their quote was very competitive and the quality and craftmanship is outstanding. Denise was great and very responsive. The installation crew, Carols and his team are pros and work very hard at getting the job done quickly. We had been putting this project off for a while and so glad we got it done and went with B&B. Plus they are a family business and their pride shows every step of the way. read more

Look no further!!! Jose responded promptly to a request for a quote. He showed up on time and communicated well. He delivered on everything he said he would. I was looking for a reliable tile specialist. Jose from B&B flooring recommended Raul from his flooring company. I can't say enough about Raul. He came quickly to the location and was very knowledgeable and professional! He came the same day I called and understood exactly what I wanted. His price was very fair and he did an outstanding job. It was a work of art on my fireplace!!! I would recommend Raul and B&B Flooring. I definitely would use Raul again if needed. If I could add to the 5 star rating it would at least be a 10 star rating. read more

Called B&B flooring for an estimate to repair two areas of hardwood floors that were damaged. I even sent the pictures regarding the damaged areas. I was told they would get back to me with an estimate but they never got back to me. They obviously didn't want to do the job but could have at least let me know that. I have updated this review to reflect the service that I received after posting my original review. The owner called me, and asked for the opportunity to make things right for me. His crew recently completed the repairs that I originally requested to be done and did a great job for the originally agreed upon price. read more

We got a vacation home in Indio, and need to replace the carpet with luxury vinyl. We found B & B Flooring Contractors from 5 stars reviews on Yelp. Jose and his team at B&B Flooring Contractors are the best. Jose was very responsive, professional, and helpful from the moment I first reached out. He helped me choose and order flooring and save some money doing so. Scheduling was easy, and he was understanding and accommodating when I had to make a last minute change. What a great experience working with B&B Flooring. Jose worked with me to figure out what flooring I wanted, and believe me it took a long time to finally decide (matching a tile to new flooring). The crew came to install the flooring, and I didn't like it. Jose and his team immediately stopped, came back out with more options, went and got big planks to make sure I liked the new choice and then got it and installed it quickly and it's beautiful! Adrian ran the crew and they were respectful, neat, cleaned up everything and kept me fully aware of the process. Jose called me every day to make sure things were going well, it was a very successful process...so much so that I hired the team to install baseboards throughout the remainder of the house, which will happen shortly. I will definitely use the team again and recommend them highly. read more

I was so impressed with Jose, the owner, who personally came to the property to quote a floor. He was the most honest company I have ran across in our desert. The reason for this is that there was an area of the floors that he did not specialize in and felt that another company would be able to assist us with the problem. I can't tell you how many vendors I have met, that say they can do the work, turns out they can't, then we are left with a big mess. I am so thankful for Jose for his honesty his morals his integrity and his ability to do a great job. I am adding him to my preferred vendors list, I plan on using him in the future I highly recommend him, I would tell everybody out here who is reading this, give him a chance to come to your house give you a proper quote and give you proper instructions on what needs to be done. Thank you Jose you are the best! read more
