5 states all the way! The selection is phenomenal! So phenomenal it takes us several trips to decide what we want. We are always greeted by an employee and if we're in the store, it is very quick to find an employee to help you. Wallace has been a huge help for us as we are helping our sons flip some mobile homes, we are in there for tile constantly. He takes care of us like family. We don't even shop for tile anywhere else. This review is WAY overdue but had the best experience with this store when renovating my home this past Jan-April. Loved the selections and how easy they made taking samples home (don't unwrap the tile or you can't return!). The hours and days open were MUCH better than other local stores which were closed on Sundays. Unless you do this for a living - we need Sundays to get stuff done on the weekends! Anyways, from Wallace, Aaron and the Cashiers - always so accommodating and helpful. I had an issue with a micro crack in a sink vanity and they took it back no problem. I was shocked - I thought for sure I was going to lose money on this. Thank you for making this renovation experience so easy on me! I purchased vinyl flooring, porcelain slabs, ceramic tile and vanities from them and COULD NOT be happier. This was the second time I've entered the store, I was very thankful that a whole bunch of sales reps did not surround me and ask me questions, my husband and I were able to walk up and down the aisles and after we were there for maybe 10 minutes a very nice young man Emiliano came and asked if we wanted help. That was the perfect timing. We were drawn to this amazing beautiful bluish gray tile that had gold Sparkle grout it was the most beautiful thing we'd ever seen, we went around the store and found a huge slab a smaller size and a medium size, we both agreed that was the one we wanted! We instantly became a pro member and the price was just right! The staff was incredible, we then met the designer Saul he was amazing, we told him how much we loved his design it was the first thing we noticed when we walked down the aisle, we were immediately drawn to this design the newest phase seems to be bluish Grays gold it was just absolutely beautiful! Construction starts on Monday and I will post pictures it's absolutely amazing you guys have an incredible designer here I would give him 10 Stars Bravo Saul! read more

I do not agree with the review stating the service was unfriendly and slow. I have worked with these people for 3 years now. Ari and Manny know me by name and will pull product for me, found tiles that were impossible to find in our fashion-backward world stuck in the 2000s. They are great. I do not what lady was at the pick up counter this morning, but your racism was not appreciated. I had bought tile that was only in stock in Moreno Valley yesterday. There they only needed my ID and phone to confirm my pickup. I was short a few sheets and the La Quinta store now had some sheets in. I put my Mexican-American tile guy down as the pick up with his information except my email bc I did not know his last night. He went to pick up this morning and the lady working the counter would not let him pick up unless he knew the email too. Are you for real? He showed you his ID with his very not common name and gave you his phone number for 9 sheets of tile. What kind of penny tile scam do you think he is running for about $25? Why wasn't my email ever checked when I picked up a much bigger order? Hmmm, funny that. Well this store is off my list to shop at. read more

He has helped me on several occasions, client of mine wanted to add more wood flooring to their home which left me short a couple of planks, item had been discontinued and Feliciano tracked it down for me from a store in the East Coast, item was delivered that same week to complete my job. This was my first house remodel, I was told by my tile guy to go to the Floor & Decor in La Quinta, where I walked in for the first time ever and the selection was unbeilable and prices were great!, since I had already checked out a couple tile places in Palm Desert. I din't know where to start, All I had was the square footage of the project to buy, I was helped by Adrian, He's one of the pro's he's knowledgeable, helpful, and patient and seem genuine interested in my project. I couldn't believe how wonderful of an experience is was, and there's also Bianca and Alondra with the best energy and work ethic, the staff here in La Quinta store made this so much fun. We went to Floor & Decor to buy tile for our master bathroom shower. We wanted to buy all the tile at once and take it home today (we live over an hour away, so this was important to us). Previously, we had gone to Floor & Decor and found tiles that we liked, but we weren't ready to tile then. Fast forward to today, we went to Floor & Decor in La Quinta, and the tile we had selected several months ago was no longer in stock at the store. We decided to look around and see if there was anything we liked better, and we found a few tiles that worked really well together and would match our bathroom aesthetic even better than our original selection! We decided to buy these tiles and reached out to the nearest associate, Michelle. Michelle was extremely helpful and looked up how many tiles were in stock and how many we would need for our project. Turned out they had just enough stock for us to do the project and get everything today. She helped us meticulously and carefully check every single tile in the boxes and stack them in a cart (previously I had bought tiles at Home Depot for another project and had a bad experience with several boxes of tile that were completely broken). After we went through all the stock on the floor, we were short several boxes. Michelle found out that many of the boxes were in the warehouse, so she went back to get all of them for us!! She found all the boxes and made sure we had everything we needed for our project. She was so warm and welcoming, with AMAZING energy. Her helpfulness and regard for us and our project made her stand out. Her customer service was on point!! Thank you, Michelle, for taking care of us! Also, shout out to Feliciano for taking care of us at checkout and helping us load the tile in our Jeep so that everything was secure for the 1+ hour drive home. Overall, it was a great experience. They have a tremendous selection, but just try to find someone to help you. The store was virtually empty. The clerk at the door was busy laughing and talking on her cellphone, when we entered the store. She seemed annoyed that we interrupted her conversation to ask her where the bathroom tiles were. She said she would send over someone to help us. We waited for a bout 15 minutes, and no one arrived. So we walked the length of this enormous warehouse to ask her again to send help, and again, no one arrived. We decided to pack it in, and she smirked. as we walked by. Floor service was good and helpful, and that the only reason im not givong them 1 star. Pick up dept is lacking with long waits. I had to pick up my order in 2 trips because of the weight. On my 2nd trip, they could not find my full order. Come to find out that it was returned to the floor. I was there for an hour! I just had an amazing experience shopping here with Feliciano. I love designing new spaces but have found the experience shopping for tile in the desert very frustrating. And I have given business to all the big players. My biggest frustrations 1) nothing has prices listed and 2) the store associate inevitably disappears or gets pulled by another customer when they are checking for prices. Feliciano was with me for almost an hour. He provided constructive feedback and pointed me in the right direction: the store is enormous! Initially worked with a consultant and had a good experience. We purchased amounts based on their math. One of the selling points was that we could return what we did not use with no problems. After a long wait to find a contractor we finally completed the project. When we went to return extra items, we were told it was past their policy time which had changed after our purchased date. This was never told to us but was reiterated it would be very simple to return. They would not even return with our receipt. Really disappointing end of experience. read more

I visited your store in La Quinta, Ca several times searching for tile and comparing prices. I finally decided to go with the vittorio bianco, because the price was right. It was advertised as $5.49 per piece. When we finally got help from an associate he said there was a huge mistake in the pricing and he was going to get a manager for us. When the manager showed up we explained the situation how it was been advertised for days now and no one noticed. Her solution was not to honor the price she said it was a typo and that regular price was $40.00 something per piece. After I explained it wasn't my fault and it's been that way for past few days since I've noticed , she eventually offered a 10% off, didn't even apologize, I guess she has to meet her quota.
