I don't understand how this level of follow-through is acceptable in a sales role, especially after the purchase has been made. The new sink and faucets are FRANKE high end professional grade and being a different size and configuration from the original sink, the quartz countertops needed to be cut and resized. I was very skeptical and being a perfectionist, I was hesitant to even consider this project and didn't want to risk damaging the island countertop. German, his crew and countertop fabricator came out prepped and protected the flooring, wrapped the island cabinetry with paper, draped and taped plastic sheeting in a bubble around the island to keep the dust at a minimum. The countertop, sink and two faucets came out perfect as if they were always there which is what I was hoping for. German and his crew are professional, knowledgable, kind and efficient. I would recommend him and use him for future projects!

A really nice sales associate checked with the manager and told us it was on promotion, so he had us bring the item up front to purchase it. When we got to the register, it would not ring up at the promotional price. The manager then came over and immediately started insisting the price was wrong and aggressively trying to prove it to us. After going back and forth, he finally said their system was wrong and claimed this was a model they never carry. The whole interaction was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. He refused to honor the price that was listed online, even though the store staff told us it was on promotion. We can literally still buy it online for the price that brought us into the store in the first place. Way to lose a customer for no reason. If your prices are wrong online, as your own staff said, and your team does not know what is on promotion, that is a management issue, not a customer issue. The sales associate was helpful, but the manager's attitude completely ruined the experience. Rude.
