So we are in the process of selling our condo. There were a few rooms where it required some…read morepatching and touch-up before selling, and we did not have any of the original paint containers. I used a sharp utility knife, and cutout a 2x2 inch piece to allow them to match. I also had them match some exterior paint. I brought all my samples to the store, and they made each color which allowed me to simply patch and paint without doing the whole room! I dropped off my samples, and picked them up the next day. This gave me time to spackle, sand + prime, so when the paint was ready it was a quick job. It was great to avoid repainting everything. The finished job looks great, and you would never know it was recently touched up.. I found the people at the desk to be professional and on task.

We are always greeted by an employee and if we're in the store, it is very quick to find an employee to help you. Wallace has been a huge help for us as we are helping our sons flip some mobile homes, we are in there for tile constantly. He takes care of us like family. We don't even shop for tile anywhere else. It's not even worth comparing.

The staff people are all really helpful - from locating inventory to providing samples so we can match. Everything we ordered was ready when they said it would be (if you're in construction mode, this is crucial). And the selection is pretty epic. Our problem isn't finding something- it's narrowing it down to the right thing(s). We are just about here every weekend. Gabe, Carlos and staff have taken great care of us.

I didn't realize that the really stressful part wasn't even with the Architect, or getting the permits, which was a little stressful. But it's the last minute making of selections for kitchen and island countertops and shower floors and walls and all those extra things that make the house special..... yet super time consuming, and can be very intimidating to walk into a store making sure you have the right dimensions and sizes and color combinations! Thank God my great contractor recommended me to Arizona tile. But you see , walking into their superstore, with all their selections, trying to decide between which type of stone and tile, etc., made me extremely overwhelmed and even more stressed! But then one of the sales designers atArizona tile, walked up with a big cheerful smile, and asked me the question that I most needed. She said, "how can I help you?" And help me she surely did! Not only was Debbie extremely knowledgeable about all the products and materials that Arizona tile carries, but she went above and beyond to ignore my ignorance about so much regarding the finishing processes of my showers and bathrooms and what I needed for my kitchen! Within 10 minutes of me showing her my blueprints and me trying to tell her what I was going for, it was like she was inside of my head already, knowing where to show me and how to direct me to the right places within the store. She answered every one of my 1 million questions with patience care and ultimate customer service! She treated my project like it was her own home. She went through my house plans all three bedrooms, all four bathrooms, some of which required special accommodations, like my steam room bathroom, and just made everything looks so easy as she helped me through the selection process! She is one of the kindest, most caring sales person I've ever encountered, in my 48 years. And that is not an exaggeration. I come from a background of home developers, and managed a large customer service department, but it's a whole different process when you're building a custom home yourself by yourself. There were ideas and suggestions that she offered that I would never have considered, until she presented them to me. Beyond her wonderful customer service, Arizona tile is also set up for the ease of the customer and they present a can-do attitude about everything you bring to their table. Debbie, I'm grateful for our "HOPE" connection, and even more grateful that Providence allowed me to have you as my designer. As you can obviously tell, I would recommend this place and especially Debbie, to anybody who is remodeling or building a home. I would have ran out of there too overwhelmed had it not been for Debbie. And It's night and day from trying to go to a big box store or even a smaller custom tile and stone retail store. And despite how busy she was every time I came in, she would spend some times up to two hours with me until everything was just right, and when we ran into a snag or a problem, she wouldn't stop until we had a resolution that was just perfect. Yesterday I went to Tru Tone to purchase some Kelly Moore Paint and was informed that Kelly Moore…read moreis no longer in business. While I had the formula for the color I needed, the women who helped me really didn't know much about the different brands there and her son who was mixing the paint, seem to be overwhelmed with an order and in a bad mood. Anyway, the color they mixed for me was not even close to the color I requested. It cost me over $70 for 2 quarts and when I got home and called the store, she said the difference in color had to do with the paint they used to mix the formula. Such Bull-s___! I went to Home Depot this morning and they matched the paint perfectly and said that Tru Tone applied too much paint into the formula. I do not recommend this store and they obviously don't care about making things right with the customer when they make a mistake!

Chris Wheeler at Thousand Palms Tuff Shed was very helpful and patient. First, I called, and he…read moregave me a great deal of information and helped me understand my options. When I went to the showroom in person, he spent a lot of time with me, explaining my options, walking me through the Tuff Shed models on display, and doing the computerized image of the shed I wanted. I highly recommend you set aside at least two hours for your showroom visit if you are ready to buy one. If you buy a Tuff Shed, it is much better to go through Tuff Shed directly, especially if you live in the desert like I do. You need the radiant barrier! I drove 60 miles each way to the showroom, and I'm glad I did. Home Depot is only half as far from me, but I got the best service and features by buying right from Tuff Shed. The two men who installed the shed, Josh and Chris, were also excellent. They were very attentive to detail and worked long hours in 110+ degree sun! I got the Premier Tall Ranch with a few upgrades.
