While I had the formula for the color I needed, the women who helped me really didn't know much about the different brands there and her son who was mixing the paint, seem to be overwhelmed with an order and in a bad mood. Anyway, the color they mixed for me was not even close to the color I requested. It cost me over $70 for 2 quarts and when I got home and called the store, she said the difference in color had to do with the paint they used to mix the formula. Such Bull-s___! I went to Home Depot this morning and they matched the paint perfectly and said that Tru Tone applied too much paint into the formula. I do not recommend this store and they obviously don't care about making things right with the customer when they make a mistake!

When I got to the business Brittany who works there was nothing but helpful. She answered 101 questions I had. I did my epoxy floor Thanksgiving weekend and it came out great, not perfect but I am totally happy with it. Fast forward to today I had some product to return since I didn't use it all. I met Willie who was working. He took my return and gave me a refund with no issues. While I was there I decided to buy paint to paint my garage walls. Willie recommended a paint with primer and had it all ready in 15 minutes. All in all my entire garage DIY project came out great and I could not have done with without Painters Warehouse. A really nice sales associate checked with the manager and told us it was on promotion, so he had us bring the item up front to purchase it. When we got to the register, it would not ring up at the promotional price. The manager then came over and immediately started insisting the price was wrong and aggressively trying to prove it to us. After going back and forth, he finally said their system was wrong and claimed this was a model they never carry. The whole interaction was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. He refused to honor the price that was listed online, even though the store staff told us it was on promotion. We can literally still buy it online for the price that brought us into the store in the first place. Way to lose a customer for no reason. If your prices are wrong online, as your own staff said, and your team does not know what is on promotion, that is a management issue, not a customer issue. The sales associate was helpful, but the manager's attitude completely ruined the experience. Rude.
