They provided me with a fast and very efficient service when painting my business. I truly appreciate your help

We had such a great experience using advanced painting. He is honest, does AMAZING work and he tackled a huge job in such a good amount of time. We highly recommend using them for any interior or exterior painting that you need. 10/10!!! read more

He claims my cabinets were old. Please look at the design of my cabinets and understand there is no way my cabinets are that old!! He even has cabinet pictures on his yelp page that are much older... My home has never been lived in a permanently and very well taken care. These are ALL excuses for poor work by him. If they were in such bad shape why did he take the job????? And where is his proof of how bad they were?? Please note his tools were NOT damaged. How can they be damaged in a week by sitting in a garage???? Even if I got $3500 (new) as he claims they are worth, which I couldn't get because they are used and NOT well taken care of! Happy to show pictures.. It still WOULDN'T cover what I have to do to fix his mess!! It will cost me MUCH more! I'm happy Lucio has taken this as a business loss as this is a personal loss for me!! read more

Lucio and his team did a fantastic paint job! We are very happy with it. Following are several points that makes Advanced Painting a 5+ star company in our opinion: 1. Very responsive to set up a time to meet and review the job and to provide a timely quote. 2. The quote itself was good at detailing the scope of the job so that there were no questions on what was covered. The quote was good and fair. 3. Quality grade Sherwin Williams paint was used on all exterior surfaces. 4. Prep work to patch gaping holes and cracks in walls in addition to priming was outstanding! The paint job before didn't use primer so that sheets of peeling paint had to be removed. Lucio's team fully prepped all surfaces: power washed, scraped, patched and primed. They covered all backyard hard scape around the painted areas...which was appreciated. 5. The quality of the job was excellent with all edges cut in perfectly. 6. Communication along the way was very responsive. From our experience with Lucio and his team, we would highly recommend Advanced Painting for your next paint project, you won't be disappointed! read more

Working with Lucio & his team was simply a flawless experience. Lucio came over to estimate the job within 24 hrs. of my request. He was so timely, and the price quote was so fair, we didn't even bother with other quotes. They painted our bedroom, master bath, and guest bath, including the bathroom cabinets. Flawless job on all, and cleanup so thorough, you'd never know they were even there. Really impressive; look forward to using Lucio & team again soon! read more

Lucio and his team have done three projects for us and we have been BLOWN AWAY by the professionalism, quality, attention to detail and commitment to doing the job RIGHT!! The first job was repainting our Palm Springs home. While it was just white paint, the care they took really blew us away. The second job was painting a vintage airstream-- and they NAILED IT. Absolutely what I had envisioned. So I knew I could trust them with the third job: a 14-color ombré rainbow cabin in the woods. This was NOT an easy job. The location, the elements, my vision and the fact that the cabin had about six different kinds of tiles!!!! It took them way longer that they estimated but ONLY because they cared so much to get it perfect and they did!! If you want a complex (or easy!) project done right with the same care and attention you'd pay if you had their talent and you did it yourself -- do not hesitate to hire them!!! I cannot recommend them strongly enough!! read more

Lucio and his crew did an amazing job refinishing our front wood doors. Before and after photos below. They also painted our door trims and fixed some cracks in your bathroom due to a leak. On time, good communication, professional, and we are very happy with the finished product. read more

I am extremely happy with the work Lucio and his crew did at my rental house. I needed all of my kitchen and bathroom cabinetry painted plus a touch up on my living and dining areas. They did such and amazing job I ended up having Lucio and his team paint the entire interior, which involves color matching. He was quick to respond to my initial inquiry for a quote and started the work immediately. Lucio was extremely professional and I felt comfortable giving him access to my home when I wasn't able to be present. He is very honest and always kept in communication with me throughout the job. Lucio and his team were great to work with. We met with several companies and they were one of the best. Lucio came out to the house multiple times and was able to provide a quote significantly lower than what our GC had quoted. His team was on time, thorough and extremely detailed. They even went above and beyond with a few extra details at the end to really blow us away. We have had so many positive comments on the work they did. read more

I needed my cement pool deck repainted as it was stained and deteriorating. I read about the paint that would cool the cement by 20 degrees. I contacted several painters for a bid and Lucio Vazquez was the first to respond and show up on time. I am extremely satisfied with Lucio's work, his professional approach and his cleanliness on the job. I will definitely use Lucio again for other painting projects in the future and highly recommend him. It seems customer service and satisfaction has taken a back seat with tradesmen these days as everyone is so busy so it is refreshing to find someone who wants to work, is qualified and follows through. Absolutely first class, professional and beautiful work. Lucio and his team will be our go to for all painting projects in the future.

Very happy with my experience. Lucio gave me a fair price that beat out other estimates. They painted outdoors in the middle of July, and did a fantastic job. Every crew member worked hard and was respectful to us and the house. They finished in the exact amount of time quoted and Lucio stopped by at the end to make sure we were satisfied with the experience. Top to bottom, well done. What a great experience. From the onset, Lucio responded to my quote request on a timely basis and the quote was thorough explaining all aspects of the job as well as providing a competitive price. I had Lucio and his team paint the entire interior of my home and they not only took care to cover all furniture and floors, but the quality of their work was impressive. I also had a special request to work on my ceiling beam imperfections. He was not only up to the challenge, but also offered different options that I was unaware were possible. We opted to pursue one of the options that he recommended and it turned out phenomenal! Will definitely consider Lucio and team for any future projects. read more

Lucio, and his team are amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure that we got exactly what we wanted, even when that meant staying a few extra days to take care of a few things that we noticed along the way. We moved in our new home a few weeks ago and found out pretty soon that we were going to have to repaint pretty much every surface. Lucio's team even took care of several handyman issues I had. They did an excellent job, needed ceilings repainted after have texture matched after bad patch jobs. Came out great. Only suggestion I would make is if they know it will take two days, that maybe not tape everything on the first day since one typically lives in the place to be painted. Was not informed I would not have access to a shower/closets without having to redo work they had done. read more
