Bathroom Remodel & Kitchen Cabinets…read more DT Tile did a fantastic job for my mom. They provided the most complete and best priced proposal. They also provided reasonably priced recommendations for changes along the way. Some we did and some we didn't. Either way Moises worked with me by text, images and brief phone calls to transform the nonfunctional bathroom (only the doors, walls, toilet, floor and vanity remain). First he removed the old fiberglass shower, sink and countertop. Then he uncrossed the hot/cold plumbing to tile a new shower, combined sink & countertop, shower & sink fixtures, medicine cabinet, & mirror. He also painted and touched up the walls & ceiling, maybe even the doors (they look repainted but I wasn't there). Moises replaced her upper kitchen cabinets matching the existing lower cabinets stain with new pulls (we selected standard style cabinet doors to save $$$). I would definitely recommend DT Tile and hire them again (if I can find more money). All I wanted was to be able to take a shower and brush my teeth. I installed the hand towel ring, door hooks and shower curtain rod. Don't you think the bathroom looks good enough for my wife? She should! Thank you Moises, praise the Lord! Peace,

This is an unsolicited review…read more Geneva Builder, Inc. modified a part of my 2d home in LaQuinta recently. As a retired Project Director of capital projects for the power and process inductries and a retired P.E., I wrote up what I wanted to achieve for this project and got 4 quotes for the work. Geneva Builder's was by far the most complete quote. Brandon, the owner, was very professional, knowledgeable and quick to respond to my questions. As a matter of fact, he usually anticipated my questions a few days before I needed to ask them. The work went through without a hitch, on budget and ahead of the schedule I wanted. The quality of the work was very good, better than I expected - and I expected a lot. Overall, I feel I got more than I paid for. I'll summarize my Geneva Builder's experience by saying that if I'd had more subcontractor's with Geneva Builder's professionalism, quality of work and attention to detail, my old job as a project director would have been a lot easier. After my recent experience contracting with Geneva Builder, using them for my upcoming home improvement projects is a no-brainer. Why would I look anywhere else? One last point: While I always want to pay less, I feel that Brandon's price was fair and very competitive relative to the other quotes I received, and as mentioned above, I feel I got more than I paid for. Brandon: Thank You. Well done. I'll be in touch. Jim Mitchell,

We worked with Jesse and Scott to select the window of time, fine tuned the contract to reflect our agreement, paid the deposit, and we were "off to the races"! The crew showed up every day on time and ready work despite the 117 degree weather. They had an amazing attitude all day and we were grateful for the positive energy they brought to this project. Unfortunately, half-way through the project my husband and I had to return to Los Angeles. Jessee was sure we had selected the color samples, and he rolled-out a sample area for final approval. Once we left town, he sent us progress photos each day to be sure we were satisfied with the depth of color. Working with Jesse, his crew, and Scott was an absolute pleasure! Being a "yelper" I had done my research and I had read other reviews that weren't positive. I believe in any transaction, it's important that both parties work together IN ADVANCE of the transaction to be sure there is a clear understanding of the expectations (on both sides). In my case, Scott and I wen't back and forth to clarify the work schedule, the process, the expectations, limitations and such so that there would be no surprises on either end. The result was FANTASTIC. I will attach before/after photos and let their work speak for itself.

During construction an inspector from the company would occasionally inspect the progress and at the end of construction check to see if I was satisfied with the work. Desert decocrete made no effrort to check on the work or even offer to ask if I am satisfied with the mediocre work for the garage floor. Fortunately I will not have them refinish the driveway and pool deck. Definitely look elsewhere for a reputable licensed contractor without Scott Weber attitude. The work done is acceptable, some of it after being redone (water spouts were done sloppily and the water half flowed and half trickled... he felt this was finished and I asked to have it redone) but I have a bad taste in my mouth every time I look at my pool :/ we called him off when it became clear we needed new pool equipment so we could go with someone else and both bids we've gotten have pointed out the shoddy application of the pebbletech. Maybe it was just an off job, but if you use Champion you need to know exactly what you want before you talk to them- they will not help you to design or even understand- it's a railroad operation to get you to do the easiest thing for them. There was a lot of denying and blaming of others. And you need to know what good work looks like, and I've never had a pool in my life, so I didn't. There were square footage calculations that required additional tile purchases mid-application. Questions were glossed over. He's very strident about documenting that you agreed with something, even if it's friendly ("I like that one" "YOU APPROVED IT!")- a general defensiveness that just screams, "I'm expecting you to come at me so I'm coming at you first!!" It creates a tense atmosphere that's totally unnecessary. Again, we all have jobs that go bad, and he'd probably review me as a dumb broad who didn't know what she was doing... but I think that's most people and I thought I'd hired a company to guide me through it
