The staff immediately greets you with a warm welcome, and the entrance is so beautiful. Fillmore Coffee Co. is sighted as soon as you enter and there's some cute seating options. It's open until 3 pm and they have breakfast, lunch, and drinks. There are so many gorgeous plants to choose from. Staff is so helpful and eager to educate you on what would be best for your home. I ended up bringing more than one plant home and I can proudly say they've been blooming ever since. I appreciate the advice they gave me on taking care of my babies and I want to go back for more. Their plants are pricier than you'd find elsewhere but it was a great birthday experience for me.

Moon Valley did not sell and plant healthy yellow bells 2 years ago in my front yard. They have on…read more2 occasions replace some of the yellow bells. They are still ugly and look sick and have little growth in 2 years. They are watered and fertilized on a schedule and receive moon juice too. Nothing works to help them. The rose bushes I removed to make room for the yellow bells 2 years ago are starting to emerge under moon valley "inferior yellow bells" and look healthy. Unfortunately, that is not what I received. During the removal process, multiple irrigation and sprinkler issues occurred that required several return visits to correct. While Moon Valley ultimately repaired the damage, these were problems that should not have occurred in the first place. The project resulted in weeks of follow-up, repeated appointments, and significant time spent trying to get the work corrected. What was most disappointing was the customer service. Communication was inconsistent, I frequently had to follow up for updates, and I did not feel my concerns were taken seriously. Even after filing a BBB complaint detailing my experience, the response focused only on the fact that repairs were completed and did not address my concerns about the quality of the original workmanship or the overall customer experience. I paid a premium price expecting professional service from start to finish. Instead, I experienced avoidable issues, repeated corrective visits, and a great deal of inconvenience. I got a stick about 30 inches tall, prepared the planting hole as I was told. 30 days we had tree. I cut branched (small) and then cut them to about three inches. She put them in the pressure cooker and we ended up with some great tea. Read up on the tree and others you might have questions about. You will get the straightest answer you could ask for. No forcing products off on you, but they will tell you the correct product to help this tree survive. What to avoid that people will try to sell you. They are verry honest people.
