I've got to say, it is very, very rare these days that you find Customer Service and good all around folks at any business. Sprinkler world is awesome! I stopped in with a broken pathway light spike. I anticipated they'd either tell me that particular spike is no longer manufactured, or it's on back order and cost $1 million, etc. Instead, Andrew, the gentleman behind the counter, took a look at my broken pathway light spike, went into the back storage area, and came back with the exact item I needed. He said someone had brought in a broken light sometime ago and left the spike behind along with the broken light. He gave it to me free of charge. Andrew, you're legit! I highly recommend sprinkler world. Above and beyond. Not only did Andrew have the foresight to save a piece like that, but he did so strictly to help someone out should a random person needing that random piece ever stopped in. I don't have a great deal of knowledge when it comes to landscaping so I generally rely on youtube, my landscaper, or the guys at Sprinkler World. I recently had a landscaper that told me the reason the Bermuda seed that he planted wouldn't grow was because my sprinkler system was crap. I am by nature a fixer so I did some research and found some fancy $350 sprinklers that I thought would do the fix. I walked in knowing in my mind what I wanted, I mean I had in fact done the research and read all about the efficiency of this sprinkler head and what it could do. It was the Ferrari of sprinklers so it had to do the job of growing me some grass...right?!? 3 months later, $350 less in my pocket, grass no better than before the new seed was planted and a fired landscaper...needless to say I was not a happy camper. I had hired a new landscaper who told me that the sprinkler system was not the issue. I decided to make a call to Sprinkler World to see if they could help me out. I explained to Tim my dilemma and we tried to trouble shoot the issue to figure out what came first the chicken or the egg. Tim suggested I take all the measurements between the sprinkler heads, count how many corners, half sprays, and full sprays I would need. I came in with my measurements and the old sprinklers and Tim and I sat down and he gave me a solution to my problem. Tim could have easily told me he couldn't do anything for me and up sh*t creek but he didn't. I do also have to note that this is not the first time that I have gone to Sprinkler World and had an issue. But both times even though it was no fault of their own they stepped up and helped provide a solution to the issue. I am a customer for life and will refer people to Sprinkler World. Tim, Hector and all the other guys are stand up guys and go above and beyond to provide solutions! Thanks guys for all of your help! read more

So sometimes you get a very helpful knowledgeable person and others you'll get someone who disagrees with everything you say before you can even finish your sentence. Last time I was there I got the later, he pretty much contradicted the advice I was given last time I was in. If he let me finish talking he would know that the advice was solid and helped my build a beautiful lawn that I am now very proud of. That's not the reason for the 2 starts. I recently bought 7lbs of Bermuda grass seed (mentioned sales person told me it was out of stock, and it was in fact not) the 5lb bag was taped together and when I was driving it spilled out all over the road. Had I known it was taped so poorly together I would have put it inside a bucket or something. I called several times left several messages and that did not help as they did not feel the need to make it right. It's a shame because I have been coming here quite a lot for my yard needs and will have to find another place to spend my money. read more

I was very surprised at how helpful Chris was when I went to Sprinkler world. He had the patience to stick with me while I tried to show him what I need to try and get. Considering I am not terribly mechanical, this involved more than you might think. I was favorably surprised when he said what he could do for me but he'd suggest a place that was better for what I needed! I didn't buy anything ar Sprinkler World but certainly would recommend giving them a try. Their idea of service certainly fits with what I consider doing a great job. The place is friendly and the staff have a good sense of humor. very helpful, do not try to oversell. I have been a customer for years but have not been recently until this week. staff wore masks, took precautions. got my parts which were inexpensive but they still treated me as if i was spending considerably more than i did. This is decent priced place. However, as a woman you will inevitably be given a "joke" price when you ask how much a replacement part is. I am 3 for 3 on this one. The men behind the counter seem to enjoy exclaiming the high price of inexpensive material to prove their superior knowledge of sprinkler systems. If you can ignore their chuckles and attempts condescending their female customers, you'll likely walk out of there with the right part and a decent price. read more

STAY AWAY!! I had these clowns design a sprinkler system for me. They put together a parts list with all the items they said i needed. I paid them 550.00 for their efforts and the parts. I installed the system last week and found they sold me around 150.00 worth of parts i didn't need. Including some copper pipe. I went to return the unused parts and they will not return the copper. When i explained that the only reason i bought it was because they told me it was necessary, the manager became incredibly rude, raised his voice and spoke over me the whole time. BEWARE: Once they get your money they no longer care about the customer or customer service. I will tell everyone I come into contact with about this horrible experience! read more

I'm sure I'm not the only homeowner that bought a house and then was like, wait.. where's the key to the sprinkler system. I had no clue what kind I had as the cover had been painted and had no clue where to even begin. Thank goodness my realtor at Twins & Co. recommended Sprinkler World. I walked in one afternoon with photos of the painted cover and a thought from my realtor as to what the brand was (which I quickly half forgot of course). I walk in, feeling like a complete idiot as I tell my story and say the name of the manufacturer wrong multiple times (and don't realize it until I'm corrected by a play-laughing staff member on my way out). I got a few keys to make sure I never lose them again... they were the right ones the first time.. and they're super cheap. Total win!!! And they've gained my trust!! read more

I am writing about Sprinkler World on Jackrabbit in Buckeye AZ. I have been there twice in two weeks to get parts for the underground work of the K-Line sprinkler I am installing on my farm. I won't speak names of the employees. The first visit I delt with a man that was losing his mind over me changing the order because the job plan had increased to include more parts. The second visit I delt with a man that never said hello, thanks, and was acting like I was a bother to him. He was grumpy and I felt lucky he even pulled my order. I went out to back my trailer in for my order and had to deal with two men arguing on the placement of my trailer. Then they dropped my load of PVC pipe off the forklift onto the ground. This place needs some help on customer relations. If I am spending lots of $$$$$ I should at least get a thank you. I don't know about the other stores. read more

The entire company's honesty and integrity is beyond reproach. I recently lost a signed check as I was on my way to the bank for deposit. Once I got to the bank it was gone. I retraced by stops and couldn't find it anywhere. After about a week I received the check in a Sprinkler World envelope with an attached note from Tim Nash. The note said one of his drivers found the check and turned it in to him. I sadly thought the check cashed and hoped somebody needed it more than I. I've gone to Sprinkler World many times in the past but I was disappointed the last time I went. I needed a repair kit for a Febco backflow preventer. I called and was told it was $33.00. When I get there the price was $41.00 $26 for one part and $15 for the other. Ok, fine, I need the part so I purchased it. When I get home I see the packaging and they are dated 8/5/2010. It's over 7 years old. It didn't seem right to be charged more than quoted and then receive old parts. read more
