We ordered this fountain 21 Oct 2025 and it was finally delivered and installed 12 Jan 2026. Yes, that is 73 days! Here was our nightmare. After ordering we were told by Jennifer that they would be placing a batched order with Henri Studios from CA next week. Ok no problem. She also explained that it would take 4-6 weeks to get it in. We were fine with that too. In the meantime, we had our entire courtyard redone. On 2 Dec I called and left a message with Jennifer to find out when the fountain would be in. No call back. So I called again on the 3rd and spoke to Sophrona. She said the fountain never got ordered! We were so upset. She said that Henri Studio the manufacturer told her they could get in here in 3 weeks, (that was a lie from Henri Studios). Sophrona said they would give us free delivery and install because it was their fault on not ordering it. That helped easy some of our disappointment. Thank you Sophrona! Back to Henri Studios saying they would have it in 3 weeks was a joke. Three weeks would have been 23 Dec. You know nothing gets done during the holidays and this was true for the fountain. Cory came out to adjust the fountain since it was splashing so far out onto the travertine. The guys that installed it turned the flow volume the wrong direction for more water not less. Cory figured this out instantly. He also put a clamp on the hose to restrict the amount of water being pumped up to the waterfall. It all works a lot better now. Thank you Cory! We really appreciate the after-install customer service! If you order from them, make sure that your order gets submitted when they say the order is being placed. My wife and I ordered two caps for our pillars. We have the paperwork to pick them up June 4th so we set the landscapers up for the 5th just as a buffer. On the 5th I was told they haven't even finished the caps and now it wouldn't be don't until the 7th. I am not confident they will have them done or if they will be correct on that new date. Customer service is not existent here as I was told there is nothing they could do and just said sorry. This is bad business and we will not be using this coming ever again. Sad thing is we have a fountain coming in and wanted more soon. A local company we could trust would be great but the online one will do just fine. At least they finish and ship products earlier than quoted. If anyone wants that company name send me a message! read more

We loved this place! We were looking for a particular type of pot - shallow and flat - and no nurseries or similar shops had these. Then I found Phoenix Precast and it's nothing but shallow, flat and beautiful pots. The company is pretty convenient - just up Tatum Blvd north of the 101 and there are several acres of inventory that you can view as you stroll around. We were helped by Jennifer Smith, who was great. She pointed out various pots and areas we might want to look at and sold us two pots that will look great at our home. The big surprise - they were delivered the very next day! I highly recommend that people looking for nice pots for your exterior come to Phoenix Precast. You will find what you want and it won't be the same pot that is sold at everywhere else in the valley. read more

So far we have shopped at this location which has a good selection and variety of items to look at, I am not sure if you can buy display items but, Mercede helped us place our custom order so we can get everything in the color & styles of our choice. We are supposed to pick it all up on Feb 4, 2023 so I will update. You can have it delivered for a 20% surcharge but we felt like that was too high since we are only 5 miles away. Phoenix precast products is a terrible place to do business, would never patronize them again. I had a simple service request to have them replace a fountain pump on a 3 tier founrain I had purchase from them over 5 years ago. they sent me an estimate which I agreed to. ($304.94). from there all was downhill; sales rep had to be called various times to get a time to come to my house; they were running late, had to reschedule 2 weeks later; finally fountain was working; NEXT day pump came apart from hose; called precast who wanted to charge me an extra $100.00 to come back out again...terrible customer service... read more

I will never do business with this company again. They still owe my client money for a product they told them not to order until we got the installation issue resolved. After months of back and forth they decide they can't do the installation and now they are forcing my client to pay a restocking fee and are not responding to emails. They have taken their money and have still not refunded them. Worst company I have dealt with ever. There is a reason they are not members of the BBB. This place is horrible now. I asked one of the employees what was going on and they said 'new owners' and it seemed no one was happy about it. Prices are now out the roof and they have less of a selection. They used to have 'outlet' pieces - no more. They used to have a nice selection of outdoor metal art - mostly gone now. We bought a fountain from these guys in early 2017 at the suggestion of our contractor. On the day of delivery, preassembled, the concrete fountain arrived but some pieces were different colors than the others. To fix that, they cast new molds within a day and the fountain went in. Within 4 months, however, the fountain cracked and leaked. My contractor tried to fix the first crack with a sealant, and that held for nearly a near, until that, too, failed. Then another deep crack formed in another bowl. Not only that, but the seals between fountain sections had to be re-applied 3 times over a year and a 1/2. When we finally had enough, it took literal months, working with my contractor, to get someone to work with us at Phoenix PreCast. We weren't asking for a handout, but wanted to swap out this poorly designed and improperly fired fountain for a simpler design. The best PreCast would do? Offer to refine the 2 cracked bowls at cost. But that doesn't fix the other leaking sections and would still cost us out of pocket to fix their badly fired bowls. Will never do business with this company again. They make a junk product that they do not stand behind. And, for the record, I have issues with my contractor, too, who continued to try and repair this junk fountain instead of replacing it within the warranty period. Beautiful selection of products. I picked out a fountain here but purchased somewhere else for a higher price. Why? If you read the fine print they have many requirements before they will even sell a fountain, including pavers at the base of the fountain and pvc pipe with water. Said pump warranty would be nullified if I used an extension cord, and that there were no pumps with longer cords. After going back and forth between Phoenix Precast and my landscape contractor, I went with another fountain store. Interestingly they had solutions to every problem, and the fountain is now installed and works just fine. If you have the perfect installation site you might be ok with this outfit, but if not they will not provide alternatives or help you solve a problem. read more

Buyer beware! Expensive and would not stand by product! I drove all the way to Phoenix from Prescott to buy this fountain for my wife. As you can see in the picture the fountain base was not sealed properly and left with very noticeable water stains inside and outside and this overtime will lead an inferior product. This is poor quality workman ship however their representative Brian told me it was "mother nature" however Brian could not explain why ALL the other 6 pcs of fountain were beautiful nice finish and clearly sealed. I guess "mother nature" is selective? They only offered me to bring this very heavy base all the way back to Phoenix and they would sand blast and re seal. Considering all the effort to return it and all the work they would have to do I simply asked for a FAIR discount and I would reseal it myself but they would not honor that. I've been trying to pick up a particular statue from one of the manufacturers that distributes through a small number of places in Phoenix and, after repeated failures in working with a few competitors, a regional rep for the manufacturer pointed me towards John over at Phoenix Precast. John is a delightful person to work with, well informed about the business and his suppliers and the entire process. He knows the products well, as I chatted with him about some of the prior purchases I had made from the same product line, as well as some of my experience with his competitors. In a few minutes, I was on my way with my statue paid for and on order. John was able to get done for me in a few minutes what others had failed to accomplish even when I gave them weeks to get the job done. A very pleasant fellow who knows how to treat a customer, even if I've never spent any money with him up to this point. I will definitely bring repeat business to this place in the future and make it a point to work with John again. Highly recommended! read more

Unbelievable! One word hardly describes the amazing service, help and attitude that Brian and Ryan put forth helping us with our incredible Oblique Fountain. Our landscaper thought he could install it, but that was a disaster. To anyone getting an amazing water feature from Phoenix Precast, only have them set it up and install it. My wife and I are thrilled with the fountain and cannot get over just how great Brian and Ryan were when helping us get the fountain operational. We love it and you will absolutely love dealing with Brian and Ryan. Kudos to Tracy also, who is the person that we actually ordered the fountain from. I've been trying to get some custom pots ordered from Mary Ellen who seems to handle phone orders . Last year she told me on the phone they would honor the first quote they gave me . When I called her to arrange payment she tells me she has to "update" my estimate. I get an email with a new quote . 50% higher! Wow, nice update . I basically forgot about ordering or even doing business with them until my wife asks me to just order the stupid pots . Ok, so I call this week . She says , I'll "update" your estimate . Oh boy , here we go. She sends it over and miraculously it's not much worse than the last so I sign to accept it and send it back. I get a other estimate back from her. This one is for $150 more ! Am I caught in the twilight zone? I'm finally thinking this could happen and I wouldn't be dealing with Mary Ellen anymore and now she's GRINDING ME FOR MORE MONEY!!!! I accepted your written estimate and then you find a way to increase it? I'm just blown away. read more

I have been going to Phoenix Precast Products for a little over a year. I started a small handyman company and wanted to branch out into landscape and design. This company bent over backwards to help me get started with their precast planters, tables, fire-pits, post caps and fountains. When I ordered a wrong color for a client at close of business on Friday night, I called and left a message after they were closed. When I called again on Monday morning, John had already received the message and corrected the order with no fuss or cost upcharge. Great Product and price, The delivery service is the worst. I took a day off of work and paid for delivery and was told would be there between 10AM and 1PM and would receive a call from the driver a half hour before they were to show up. We had contactors there to install the products at 2 PM. 1 PM came with no word, I called and was told are running a little late and again driver will call half hour before arrival. 4PM rolls around and still no word or delivery. We checked the outside area to make sure they didn't show up and deliver without a call and nothing. Went back out side at 4:30 and the must have showed up and got out as quickly as possible. They put the extremely heavy items on the side of the house that is no where near where we wanted them. I lost a days wages along with having reschedule with contractor to come back to do the job.
