I was surprised at how educated the staff were. Recently, my little brother mentioned he wanted to get engaged at a nursery because his Fiance loves plants. I recommend this nursery and after talking to the staff they helped create the perfect area on the property for him to get down on one knee and propose! Again they went above and beyond... it brought tears to my eyes and it felt like true neighborly kindness. I would recommend this business to anyone and everyone. We love a business that helps people out of the kindness of their hearts!

I bought a tipu from there at the same time as another nursery (more expensive) and the Richard's tipu significantly outperformed!! I bought it two years ago and it's a HUGE tree now. Just the other day I received a call back as my Hong Kong orchid had all the leaves fall off, very patient/good advice (most importantly gave hope it's not gone). We ordered this fountain 21 Oct 2025 and it was finally delivered and installed 12 Jan 2026. Yes,…read morethat is 73 days! Here was our nightmare. After ordering we were told by Jennifer that they would be placing a batched order with Henri Studios from CA next week. Ok no problem. She also explained that it would take 4-6 weeks to get it in. We were fine with that too. In the meantime, we had our entire courtyard redone. On 2 Dec I called and left a message with Jennifer to find out when the fountain would be in. No call back. So I called again on the 3rd and spoke to Sophrona. She said the fountain never got ordered! We were so upset. She said that Henri Studio the manufacturer told her they could get in here in 3 weeks, (that was a lie from Henri Studios). Sophrona said they would give us free delivery and install because it was their fault on not ordering it. That helped easy some of our disappointment. Thank you Sophrona! Back to Henri Studios saying they would have it in 3 weeks was a joke. Three weeks would have been 23 Dec. You know nothing gets done during the holidays and this was true for the fountain. Cory came out to adjust the fountain since it was splashing so far out onto the travertine. The guys that installed it turned the flow volume the wrong direction for more water not less. Cory figured this out instantly. He also put a clamp on the hose to restrict the amount of water being pumped up to the waterfall. It all works a lot better now. Thank you Cory! We really appreciate the after-install customer service! If you order from them, make sure that your order gets submitted when they say the order is being placed. We love the fountain it just took way too long to get!

He communicated with me during every step of the process, including verifying tree placement location and "uprightness". The team's attention to detail in protecting my relatively new hardscaping, surrounding ground plants and outdoor furniture was wonderful to observe, without me even needing to say anything. Once the tree was planted, top finished and deeply watered, Brandon reviewed all the post-planting details again with me. The crew cleaned up after they were done, leaving the area cleaner than it may have been when they arrived! I'm super happy with the team's work and my new tree looks amazing in its new home.
