I like that they sell a wider variety of fig plants, and was interested in one of them, but the two plants available didn't look the healthiest. I'm not sure I want to take the gamble on a fig tree that may or may not make it. The healthiest looking plants they had were their citrus trees, again plenty of variety. Still checking out nearby places before making any decisions.

After ordering we were told by Jennifer that they would be placing a batched order with Henri Studios from CA next week. Ok no problem. She also explained that it would take 4-6 weeks to get it in. We were fine with that too. In the meantime, we had our entire courtyard redone. On 2 Dec I called and left a message with Jennifer to find out when the fountain would be in. No call back. So I called again on the 3rd and spoke to Sophrona. She said the fountain never got ordered! We were so upset. She said that Henri Studio the manufacturer told her they could get in here in 3 weeks, (that was a lie from Henri Studios). Sophrona said they would give us free delivery and install because it was their fault on not ordering it. That helped easy some of our disappointment. Thank you Sophrona! Back to Henri Studios saying they would have it in 3 weeks was a joke. Three weeks would have been 23 Dec. You know nothing gets done during the holidays and this was true for the fountain. Cory came out to adjust the fountain since it was splashing so far out onto the travertine. The guys that installed it turned the flow volume the wrong direction for more water not less. Cory figured this out instantly. He also put a clamp on the hose to restrict the amount of water being pumped up to the waterfall. It all works a lot better now. Thank you Cory! We really appreciate the after-install customer service! If you order from them, make sure that your order gets submitted when they say the order is being placed. We love the fountain it just took way too long to get!

Then I found Phoenix Precast and it's nothing but shallow, flat and beautiful pots. The company is pretty convenient - just up Tatum Blvd north of the 101 and there are several acres of inventory that you can view as you stroll around. We were helped by Jennifer Smith, who was great. She pointed out various pots and areas we might want to look at and sold us two pots that will look great at our home. The big surprise - they were delivered the very next day! I highly recommend that people looking for nice pots for your exterior come to Phoenix Precast. You will find what you want and it won't be the same pot that is sold at everywhere else in the valley.

This was a new location for us, and after parking and figuring out where to go, a male employee outside directed us to the sample rocks. We found what we needed in under five minutes. When we walked into the trailer to pay at approximately 1:58, we were met with an extremely unwelcoming attitude. There were four employees inside, and not one acknowledged us. A blonde woman behind the counter looked up and abruptly said, "We are closed," in a very dismissive manner. ( Sadly, I didn't catch her name but she was blonde and sounded like she's smoked one too many cigarettes ). I completely understand wanting to leave on time, but the delivery was unnecessarily rude. A simple, polite explanation would have gone a long way. We were purchasing five rip rap rocks, not placing a large or time-consuming order. What makes this more frustrating is that the employee outside who directed us never mentioned that they were closing in 10 minutes, which would have allowed us to respect their time. We are repeat customers, but unfortunately this is not the first time the front desk staff has been unhelpful or unfriendly. Customer service matters, and based on our experiences, I would not recommend this business. Honestly, you're better off walking around in the desert to find some free rocks rather than deal with this place. And that's what we did!
