About 15 minutes after the order went through, I was notified to pick up my order! Awesome! I stopped at their pick up desk. Staff were ready to help. I showed the e mail with the Scan bar code. My order was bagged and ready to go. Easy. I didn't notice until I got home that the brand name had been substituted despite the fact that it look almost identical to the bottle I saw. I quickly did a Google search to find out that both brands were very similar in ingredients. Ok worth a try. I was pleased with the results and see that another cleaning is necessary. Still, it's worth staying aware of your surroundings, especially if you're visiting after dark. Overall, it's a good store with excellent staff, and I'll definitely continue shopping here.

They sell you products that their not familiar with, and will not replace anything after the fact. If you order anything from the store, make sure you double check it when you get it before you install it because they take no responsibility or fault for missing items on products. The doors were good, but the biggest issue I had was with their pocket door and barn door. I asked them about a pocket door that would extend across a certain size opening. They said they had two panel pocket doors, which I thought was a great idea. Well, the pocket door came without some hardware, and after 2-3 trips back to the store, we kept receiving the incorrect hardware, and we ended up paying for this incorrect hardware because they would not give it to us as part of the purchase. In order to make a long story short, the installer they requested, kept reminding us that we did not have all the hardware for the install. Currently, I have a two pane pocket door that is not secure. You need two hands to extend it out, and you can look in behind it and see all the dust and debris from the installation. They provided nothing that would shield you from seeing inside of the pocket door when it was open. Use them if you like, but just be aware that there are no refunds, and double check that you have all your hardware and pieces for any type of installation. We even ordered a barn door that was missing some screws for installation.
