Visited this little gem for lunch one day with some co-workers. It is tucked away in a shopping strip, but don't let that fool you. Once inside, the decor is nice, orchids on every table (my favorite flower). I enjoyed the Shrimp Mango Salad and the Shrimp Skewers, both very flavorful. The salad had just enough honey mustard dressing to tickle the taste buds, but not overpower the salad. We shared a bottle of Woodcreek White Zinfandel, which complemented the food quite nicely. It wasn't amazing. I've had fantastic ramen before, but this place wasn't as flavorful at all. Yes, it looks good. Has all the right ingredients and smells nice, but the broth is definitely lacking. If you're looking for good ramen this is not the place. It's not super expensive either but too expensive for the amount of mediocrity in their food. read more

Delicious, fresh, quick, big portions, and a "safe" bet for ramen. Doesn't compete with Ramen Bar Ichi's or Tamashi's but I enjoyed my spicy duck miso ramen and appreciate their huge and unique selection of ramen. The duck was tender and tasty, not over cooked. We've been here a couple times now, and both times the food and service have been amazing! Everything was very fresh, delicious and presented beautifully! We had the spicy edamame as a starter it was so good. I forgot to ask what they use as the spice. The Ramen is wonderful also Black ninja fried rice and Pork belly Bao both were super delish!! Our servers both times were also great, very attentive and also considerate of my small children. We will definitely be returning. We live around the corner from this place and my 15 year old has been wanting to try it since they put the sign up. Well tonight his dream came true . The place is adorable, clean, and intimate. The service was impeccable! Our waitress was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and great with my 9 year old daughter who was very skeptical about the cuisine. The food was made fresh and it was incredibly delicious!! I'm so happy this restaurant opened so close to our house. We will be going back, often!! read more

I have been looking forward to this place from the moment I heard it was opening. The overall experience was a positive one for sure making me want to come back. I know they just opened and some service kinks still need to be rolled out. I'll be back for return visits and the rating will reflect. I had two issues with this visit, the appetizers came out late, the same time as the main dish. Which, like I said, new restaurant so I understand if service suffers a little. The second issue was that the large ramen didn't feel like a large, if it was though, the regular would have been very small. I can't complain really though, because with the order of gyoza, it was enough to satisfy my hunger. I was "full" but definitely content. The mochi was delightful and a great little wrap up to the meal. The taste of the food was great and made the wait so worth it. I'll be back for a taste of the poke next time, I was told the poke was less filling portion wise, so that's what made me go with the ramen. Overall, I thought it was definitely worth going back a second time. With the service expected to improve, this place could be a staple in my dinings out. Look forward to going back. read more

Y'all this family owned restaurant is AWESOME. You can tell the owner really cares about service and the food is delicious. Everything is very fresh. It's super clean, and the prices are very reasonable considering the quality! The duck ramen and pork buns are delicious. This will definitely be our local go-to spot. Great first experience! Hubby had the spicy tuna poke bowl and I had the chicken/beef skewers. While the poke bowl wasn't necessarily spicy, and had a bit too much spicy mayo for my liking it was definitely fresh and tasty. Their happy hour menu looks promising as well. Eaten there twice, excellent Japanese ramen and a new and interesting dish which is based on a Taiwanese Niu Rou Mian (Beef Noodle Soup). My wife had the dumplings which she also pronounced top notch! Good to find authentic Japanese and Chinese food out in the 'burbs. read more

The food was awful tonight. Chicken tasted like seafood. I ordered fried rice and got white rice. Portions for the price were small. In addition they charged a $5 delivery fee and a $2 dollar credit card fee which they never disclosed. I use to like this place but don't think we will go back. read more
