I am a spicy fanatic, so for me wasn't very spicy, but with chili oil available on the table I could increase the spicy profile. I tried to hope that maybe the grill flavor would add some depth and salvage the already bland flavor of the cut.. it sadly did not. I got as finishing at least half the ramen (chashu, corn, seaweed and green onions as well as a couple of bites of the noodles). MAYBE I will come back some time later in the future should my patient roster bring me back this way.. but for now.. I would rate this place as more of a maybe than an actual foodie destination.

I just hope the kitchen staff can be a little more careful to help prevent this from happening in the future!
