My new floor tile has a pattern, and the backsplash tiles were 2.4" x 8" ceramic hand glaze ceramic tiles, and so neither would be easy to install unless the tile installer was very skilled. I thought the review photos on Yelp showed Eliab already has an extensive body of work done well, and I loved that he specializes in tile so I knew that he should be very competent at it. And he and his guys Salvi and Rafael were excellent! They worked hard and did very precise work. That was a ton of cuts and joints to line up perfectly with all that subway tile, and it looks wonderful. The cuts around light switches and power receptacles: also precise. He was as good as his word about showing up, doing it right, and cleaning up as they went. He earned my trust, was good to work with, and I would happily hire him again. I definitely recommend! I will post pictures for now as is - but keep in mind the construction is still going on so they will not look as great as they should. I'll try to remember to update our photos when the remodel is truly done.

Diana and Raul worked with me on the best design and Raul custom-fit the 31-inch vanity top into a 33" space, creating a back and side splash out of cut tile. He also made tile baseboards to match the curb of the shower. Very reasonable prices, and though Raul was working alone, he finished the entire job including pulling the toilet and putting it back and replacing the drain and some other parts that I needed for the change from the old style/size to the new. He demo'd everything first, making sure the floor was level, disposed of all the scrap, and left the bathroom cleaner than it was before he arrived. Raul and Diana made me feel glad I got the new floor, vanity top, and sink. These are good, kind, professional people who show up on time, stay in communication about the process, and are flexible with ensuring their clients get what they need. It was a pleasure to have them in my home.

When installation day came the crew showed up right on time. They didn't give us a four hour block of time that we had to be there for like some other service oriented businesses. Our floors were installed only 2-3 years ago and are now cracking throughout our home. We paid to have the floors leveled as part of the installation, another contractor immediately noticed areas that weren't level and explained why the floors weren't holding up over time. Looking back, there were concerns during installation, including a suggestion to cut over six inches off a door to accommodate an issue with their work. They did come to understand why we were not willing to do that and we were grateful for that. We trusted that we were paying for quality workmanship, especially from a company that specializes in flooring. It's unfortunate to now be dealing with these problems after such a short amount of time. We've reached out about our concerns and never received a response.
