Love this place. The flavor... but as I finished drinking my boba I found a freakin hair INSIDE THE CUP! :/ place is bomb, but c'mon guys... I'm so mad I noticed after I had drank it all alr K even a hair couldn't keep me away from this spot 0.0 .. i know, I know. But whether it be from the best tasting taro boba in town or not sure what that says about me (stop judging) but regardless I still prefer this place over any spot in the 805... (and trust I been to many)... give it 4/5 now. (A hair away from 5) read more

Best Thai tea around, if you're not going to an actual Thai (or Pho) restaurant. They use proper ice cubes, not the slushy type like other places in the area. Service is always friendly and quick, unless the line is 20 deep, then it can take a moment. I once ordered something I didn't like and they were nice enough to exchange it for something else. This is my go to place when I have a craving for Thai tea. read more

Love their cheese foam drinks, always a good time. Quick, fast, easy however parking can be elusive.

I decided to give this boba spot a try once again because the previous time the boba drink did not taste good at all but since I was craving for a boba drink and boba time was the only spot around, I decided to try this place again but order a different drink. I got the salted cream tea drink and oh my was it so bland tasting. It tasted super water down. Now I remember why I don't like this place. read more

Not the best IBT that we have been to. The menu was more limited than most of their shops. Technically, this isn't a shop - it is a counter in an exterior wall. This was definitely the worst boba we've had at any IBT. The staff was just on the border of being rude - more like disinterested in being there and was going to make sure the customer knew it. It provided liquid refreshment when we needed something to drink, but isn't a place we'll likely go to again. read more

Each time I come the staff is always so nice. This is my favorite place to grab some boba!!

Unfortunately had such a terrible experience with my boba today and when I asked if they could change it out. They said I would have to buy a new drink that it's policy. I then asked for a refund and they refused. I don't understand what kind of policy that is ? The "supervisor" was making faces at us when we were trying to find out what options we had. read more

I like the fact I don't have to drive over the grade to get my boba time. The boba time in Simi Valley is larger in size, with indoor seating and more dessert options, but I like the outdoor concept of this store. It looks crowded everytime I walk by, in reality it's because it's a walk up window with no indoor seating. The cashier was friendly and service was under 10 mins for 1 drink. With 6 ppl standing in front of me. My large Rose milk tea with boba was $4.25 My boba was still warm and it diluted the drink a little and the Rose taste was subtle, overall it was good, but not like my favorite spot in Chinatown. I'm still excited to see this place open. I hope they get the boba down, and defrost it appropriate next time. Looking forward to the next time. read more

Originally from LA where you can find a great boba shop at every corner and now living in Santa Barbara there isn't much variety for boba. But finally, It's Boba Time has moved north and behold we found it in Oxnard! My jam is the Milk Foam Jasmine Tea also known as Sea Salt Jasmine Tea. It hits the spot every time. And the amount of caffeine in this bad boy reminds me its legit! You know where you'll find me next time I say, It's Boba Time!!! read more

They just opened today, but I'm not sure if it's a soft opening or they're actual opening. Not much advertising, no special promotions. Still came to try it out. Wait time was a little long, but I get that they're still training and the lady ahead of us did order about 5 drinks. Employees were courteous and polite. Drinks we got: frosty milk #3 "fresh milk ice blended sweetened with strawberry, egg pudding & honey boba" frosty milk #4 "fresh milk ice blended sweetened with caramel, egg pudding & honey boba" Those are our usual drink orders when we get boba in the OC area. The strawberry in mine was delicious and fresh. A lot of other places use strawberry syrup, but you can taste that it's made of real strawberry. The honey boba was great. A little on the sweeter side, but still good. Hopefully with training, they can cut their wait times down. Other than that I can't wait to come back and try something else! read more

Was super excited to hear that a trending boba store was coming to Oxnard only to be extremely disappointed once I arrived at the new location to find out they only serve drinks. This location is only a customer service window and the customers all wait outside. Probably one of the worst boba store set up I've seen since it's super inconvenient for all the other people walking on the sidewalk that needs to get around all these customers waiting in line. It just creates an unnecessary crowd and blockage on the sidewalk. Main reason why i was severely disappointed was the fact that this store location does not serve the usual snacks served at other Boba Time locations. read more

Their drinks are very good. They are only certain flavors or teas that I buy all the time. I can't have to much caffeine so I will get watermelon fruit tea, sugar milk boba or Taro boba. These 3 v ft labors are very good and delicious. Once in a blue moon I will try something like smoothie. I will order mango smoothie with boba or cookies and cream boba for my husband. These are the bobas that I will recommend if someone wants to try it. read more

The boba here was pretty good and refreshing! I got the jasmine green milk tea with boba and a strawberry slushee. The green tea didn't taste like it had any sugar which is ok if you like tea. The boba was a little sweet but not as sweet/flavorful as I like. Slushee was good too but melted pretty quick. read more

Time and time again this spot does it again. They have never ceased to tickle my fancy and make me swoon. I love boba. I love tea. I have been to many places but this place is always perfect. They always get the right sweetness ratio without me instructing. The service is friendly and quick. I always go for jasmine milk tea but lately have been turned onto the jasmine milk tea with cheese foam. It is addictingly delicious!! Give them a try and find what you love. read more

Service sucks they make the drink wrong and on top of that when you ask them to make a new one they use the one they gave me an open it with dirty fingers and put it in the blender and mix it with more just to make it look new!, it's nasty shit, I will never buy there again! They should fire the person that uses old trash drink to make a new one! read more

It's good, delicious all the time has good service to it recommended going to boba time.

If you're here for the first time I HIGHLY suggest a slushy with boba! Talk about legit marketing! It's cute and so convenient to get down and get your drink on... During, COVID times are tough. There's nothing like stepping outside and waking to get some boba. This place is cute and simple. Not a big stand from the outside. The line is nice it's 6ft apart and set up for ya! The drinks are amazing and I love how they separate the menu for you. It's not complex and dirty looking like other boba places. Trust. Ya'll know what I'm talking about! It's not cluttered with all this media and advertising signs. Enjoy! read more

I personally didn't enjoy the boba at this place. They had lots of boba will all different types of flavors but the wrong flavors mixed together. The boba had like 5 different flavors going on and I wish they had some simpler things on the menu. Service wasn't good either. A costumer had to tell us that our drinks had been there for 5 minutes. There is also nothing to say about the ambiance. It is looks very modern in the inside. Overall what I had ordered was something that I would drink but not enjoy. The service was not very good and there was nothing special to the ambiance. read more

One of my favorite spots to go for boba. I personally really like that the boba is chewy and service is quick.

Love me some boba, but the decent options near me are few and far between. I'm so glad this place is finally open! The actual boba is consistently good, and they have a great variety of drink options. I'm a fan of the cheese foam drinks and the passion fruit iced tea. I was excited when I saw a grapefruit green tea on the menu that purported to be made with freshly-squeezed grapefruit juice, but when I asked the person at the register about it, she looked confused and said she thought it was made with lemonade and grapefruit syrup. So there's that. Potential false advertising aside, I'm a big fan of It's Boba Time...it's always boba time when I'm passing through Oxnard now! read more

I LOVE this location. The boba is always good and they're all so nice! I usually get the same thing but if there's nobody in line I'll ask for their opinion on something new to try and they never steer me wrong. And I'm never waiting too long even when it's packed. Overall great experiences here and great energy! read more

There aren't many boba choices in the Oxnard area. It's Boba Time can satisfy some boba cravings but their drinks kinda had the powdered milk tea taste. It's a small stall inside The Collection but there's no seating. I wasn't a huge fan of the rose matcha even though I love floral flavors. read more

Quality slowly declining over time. It was promising when it first opened as it was truer to the LA locations, but is now on par with big straw and other shops trying to bring Boba to Ventura. The boba is still the best here, but the drinks are becoming overly syrupy and the tea quality is declining. Collection kids still love it! read more

This place is a sweet spot if you are a boba tea drink lover. They have variety of special drinks from tea to smoothies and milk tea. My favorite drink is the paradise drink with a hint of lemonade. I always ask to substitute the boba with lychee jelly (add on the 50 cent extra charge). But you can never go wrong with this place, it always seem to be crowded if you don't mind waiting patiently for your drinks. But service is fast and social distancing is practiced at this location. read more

Great service! I wasn't sure what to order and the cashier made a stellar recommendation! I got the Thai tea and it was one of the best drinks I've ever had. Best customer service and employees really satisfied with drinks. I give it a 20/10 really great experience overall.

Tried it twice but disappointed the quality is just not there. It's disappointing because the menu looks great but today again I received a fruit boba drink that wasn't even cold. The flavors both times have felt very watered down as well. Was really hoping to like this place but if you know what good boba is then you know this ain't it. read more
