I loved the interior and the sweet little neon sign that welcomes you as soon as you walk in. They also have a huge menu filled with boba, teas, smoothies, and frozen drinks perfect for surviving these hot summer days. Here's what I ordered: Iced Passionfruit Black Tea - The ultimate summer drink! It was incredibly refreshing with just the right amount of sweetness. The passionfruit flavor really shines through, making this an easy poolside favorite. 10/10. Mochinut Trio Box - 10/10. OMG. And this is coming from someone who doesn't even have much of a sweet tooth! I almost made a U-turn on Channel Islands Blvd just to go back and grab another trio because...why are these SO good?! I tried the Reese's Peanut Butter Cup, Pistachio, and Fruity Pebbles flavors, and every single one was addictively delicious. Now I already want to go back to try the rest of their rotating flavors. But if I had to choose just one, the Reese's Peanut Butter Cup mochinut absolutely stole the show. To top it all off, the staff was incredibly friendly and had the drinks ready in no time, making this the perfect place to swing by for a quick treat. So happy to have another delicious local business in Port Hueneme. I'll definitely be back soon!

The first drink I tried was the ube foam coffee and their spicy bbq fries. Then I came back again to try their other drinks, fries, and mochinut. Corn foam matcha: 10/10 this one was amazingly delicious! You can taste the matcha and the corn foam was creamy and complimented the matcha very well. If ypu like more of a creamy sweet matcha drink, then this one is for you. Ube foam coffee: 9/10 I like a drink where I can taste both the coffee and ube, and this drink delivered. As an ube and coffee lover, I was satisfied Passionfruit tea: 10/10 I do not like my tea drink sweet so I got it slightly sweet and man, they were fantastic! Drink was not overly sweet or bland, it was the perfect! Very refreshing on a hot day. Spicy bbq fries: 10/10 these fries were cooked to perfection. A little crunch on the outside, and soft on the outside. The seasoning of the fries were bomb. Mochinut: 10/10 very fresh, soft, and not overly sweet which I love!! My favorite was the matcha and biscoff (even though I don't like biscoff!) Don't get me wrong, the other are good too, but those 2 were my favorites . Overall, I had a great experience at Cloud 9 boba&dessert and would definitely come back again.

HOT NEW COFFEE & BOBA SHOP IN VENTURA!!…read more Welcome to the 805 Clover Coffee & Boba! Yay! They've only open for a few weeks now but I'm hoping more people find them because we love supporting new businesses. I stopped by this morning before a busy day of appointments and was immediately drawn in by the cute storefront and grand opening banner. They are Located in the same shopping center as Moons Thai, so this new addition is hard to miss. What I found inside was even cuter than I expected. The space is bright, cheerful, and feels like the perfect place to pull out your laptop to work or to settle in with a good book. The decor is thoughtfully done and the overall vibe is welcoming and cozy. They have tables, high tops, couches, lots of options for comfortable seating. If you're an introvert, you'll appreciate the self order kiosk at the front. But also If you prefer a more traditional experience their friendly staff are available to help. I used the kiosk and it was super easy and fast. Here's what I ordered: Lychee Iced Tea: 10/10. My favorite drink of the day! Refreshing and flavorful. The lychee flavor really shines and it was perfectly sweet. I'd get this again and again. Strawberry Iced Matcha: 7.5/10. Their matcha is on the milder side, which some people may prefer. I'd personally like my matcha just a tad darker (I just got back from Japan so maybe I'm becoming a matcha snob). I'm glad I added the strawberry because the strawberry flavor was delicious. Next time I'd add a little vanilla or coconut syrup for an extra layer of flavor, but it was definitely a pretty drink and enjoyable to sip still. Presentation was nice too. Always excited to see new local businesses open in Ventura, and this one is off to a great start. Be sure to stop by and show them some support! Nice staff, tasty drinks, reasonable prices ($13 for two drinks with tip) and a really cute interior.
