We usually love this location but tonight's experience put a bad taste in our mouths. We arrived at the location at around 7pm tonight and there were no associates at the front counter so my Wife started to enter our order into the self service kiosk. At 7:03pm a female employee informed us that they closed at 7pm and they won't accept our order. We felt this was pretty ridiculous as it was literally 3 minutes after the stores closing time which we were unaware of. LOADS of choices!!! My favorites are the Watermelon Slush and the Cookies and Creme. You get a nice amount of boba in your drink.

I'd give this spot 3.5/4 stars. They give a solid amounts of boba in drinks but I found their boba itself a little grainy/mushy and drinks a lot less sweet than most places (Thai tea and brown sugar milk tea both probably half sweet as compared to other places). But glad to have something in the area. And if you like less sweet this may be a good spot for ya. When I have time I'll still go over the hill into Newbury park for my favorite local spot. Glad they finally opened a boba time here in Camarillo! I love that they offer online ordering here as well as a kiosk to order in store. They don't have many food items here but their shaved ice is delicious. They did great with the interior of the place, always looks clean and modern! Went to the boba time in the outlets and they forgot to put ice on all three of our drinks and served it to us warm.

We ordered 3 drinks (brown sugar milk tea, Thai tea, and sunset tea). The sunset tea has best flavor but there was a chunk of plastic at the bottom that my daughter choked on. The Thai tea and brown sugar milk tea lacked flavor, it tasted like sugary milk. We were excited to have a new boba place in town but we won't be back. Very disappointed. read more

99% of the time I order with the mobile app. It's always disappointing when I get there and see a certain individual because I have to hope he is not the one making my drink. Of course when he's there by his self he is the one is making it, and I know the drink is about to be horrible. I am spending my hard earned money so I do have a right to say something. The say is where I draw the line from say my drink was pure water. There is no way I was given a pistachio frappe. It was all water with ice chunks and boba. At this point this is the ridiculous. I hate to do this but I had a pretty bad experience yesterday. Being that it was Sunday, and the weather was great, it got a bit crowded at the Camarillo Outlets but that wasn't a big deal. After my wife and I did our shopping, we decided to get a boba. There were a lot of people at the beginning, so we decided to come back. A half hour later, there were 4 people in line so the wait wasn't as bad, so we got in line. As we got inside the store, it was pretty loud because the music was blasting and people in line were talking to each other so it made it even louder. Then when it was my turn I ordered two milk teas with boba and one with easy ice. The girl then repeats "You want easy boba?" I processed it for a second and hesitated and said "uh" and she immediately rolled her eyes. Then I said, "No, I want one with easy ice." I'm not sure why she got annoyed with me when she was the one that didn't hear me the first time. She eventually got my order correct but it really ruined my experience. Then I look on the receipt to see what her name was. It was appropriate to say the least: PRINCESS B. She definitely acted like a princess! I just wonder what the B stands for. read more

i went in at 6 pm. they were already cleaning though it doesnt close til 7. i stood there as they paid no attention to me at all or my friend that i was with. Five minutes later, a worker named Jasmine K took our order. She was very very rude giving attitude to me and my friend. I ordered and normally they ask no boba or boba as i ordered Tigar sugar Milk but she didnt so i suspected she figured i wanted boba because she was so short with me. This location of Bobatime in the outlets is blessed with an outstanding employee. Angela is quick, efficient and personable! The drinks are delicious, and despite there being 20 people outside and roughly 13 people inside placing, or waiting for orders, Angela was good natured serving us all. I had asked for a new cup as my granddaughter had spilled some of her drink when the cup was crushed on one side by the time she came to the car in the parking lot. Not only was I given a cup when I went in the store, but Angela was the only one that stepped up and came over to the counter to assist me. As busy as the place was that day, she not only gave me a cup, she also refilled the drink order. I will definitely make this the place to go with the children each time we're in the outlets. Decent drinks but it's a chain and is very sweet. Not the best bobas either I'll give a 6/10 too sweet for my liking really I know I can get less but my favorite is the brown sugar and Hokkaido which is hard to change sweetness in the actual flavoring. read more
