Our service representative, Ed, was a pleasant person. He took the time to patiently answer our questions. I'm sure he sees a lot people having to begrudgingly use his services so his welcoming personality helps ease the pain. He took the time to personally address minor scuffs and scratches that were not part of the accident just as part of their service, no additional charge. That was a plus.
