I would highly recommend this service. We called 4 places and I thought I had double called one so I hung up. But they called me right away and I just asked for a quote. I see they are located in Chula Vista but they were able to get to Poway in 25 mins. The tow truck operator Jorge, was really nice. He called 15 mins before to let us know he was on his way and check location was right. He was kind and dropped off the car and helped place it correctly. This was the easiest, fastest, best value, process I have ever had with my car breaking down. Definitely adding them to my contacts. read more

They are so unprofessional they dropped my son car off at my apartment complex. And driver dropped my son car off crooked, so the neighbor couldn't park her car. The driver called my phone and ask me how much the owner charged me for the tow when I told him the price he hung the phone up in my face. I called the owner to complain about the guys attitude the owner sided with his guy. The owner kept over talking over me. The driver drove my son car on the flatbed and left the car on and killed my son's battery. The owner called and said he will send the driver back out to my house in a hour. They never showed up call my sons phone 3hours later talking about do we still need help. I had to pay for another tow. DO NOT CALL THEM for help!!!! Unprofessional read more

Needed a tow for 15 miles today - called the top 4-5 places that showed on the google search and then found Super Towing listed below all of those. Surprisingly, they gave me the best rate and had a driver come by within half an hour. Had probably the coolest tow truck driver I've ever met pull up and provide excellent service. These guys get my recommendation, I've been a AAA member for 16yrs and harley got a flat , AAA came out and then left me on the side of the road because I "needed to add to my membership" to get a motorcycle towed. Then after adding was told I had to wait 7 days for it to be used to tow a motorcycle. These guys showed up and took me and my bike home and did it super cheap. Needless to say AAA. Membership has been canceled by yours truly and I'll call these guys if I need a tow. Much appreciated you guys !!! read more

Amazing experience with Super Towing. My parents truck broke down on the freeway, however they are not tech savy nor do they speak English so I drove down to help them out. After comparing 4-5 places, Super Towing was by far the cheapest option to tow their truck from Chula to Central SD. Before finalizing more details, my car wound up getting hit which lead to some setbacks since I had to deal with a new emergency. The team was super patient and understanding of this situation and took initiative to follow up with me through the process despite me going unresponsive for a while. Not sure who I talked to on the phone, but Jorge was the person who towed my parents truck and was a great help through the entire process. 100% would recommend. read more

Wow! Talk about refreshing, this business has it together. I bought an older car that had some frame damage, and asked for quotes from about 10 towing companies. The few that responded were very high, in my opinion. Even after asking for a discount if paying cash, when is a convenient time, etc. I was offered $5 off, or nothing at all ($150 to $145?). The quote I received from Super Towing was very reasonable, and delivered promptly and politely. I called the next day to confirm, which they gladly did, then called back to reschedule that same day, to which they responded - No problem! George showed up right on time, took a quick look at the situation, and within a few minutes, we were on the road! All said and done, Super Towing has the right name. They will definitely get my business and referrals from now on! Thanks again George! read more

Super Towing - The car getting towed had some frame damage and was not a simple "Hook up and Go!" George is The Man! - Towing Near Me

Jorge helped my son out when he broke down on the freeway. Great help, with a great attitude. Highly recommend. Thanks again!

Five stars across the board and two thumbs up for the outstanding customer service as well as the rates. Before we decided to use this company we called multiple places and no other tow company could offer rates as low as this company did. The tow truck arrived in a timely manner and he was both professional and personable. When we called in for an update we weren't placed on hold and we were met with excellent customer service. Definitely will be using this company from now on and I'm happy that I won't have to spend any more time calling around to get a competitive price. read more

The worst! Ownership is the WORST!!! They never returned calls. And when they answer calls they are rude!

George showed up in just a few minutes yesterday and did a wonderful job of changing my Audi tire, despite the fact that we couldn't find the tools in the wheel well. Fortunately, George carries everything he need with him. (It turns out that the tools are way far back behind the spare in the Audi A-4, and you have to just about take out the whole trunk floor to find the tool box -- Audi admits they're almost impossible to find)! Please tell him thank you for me. read more

Super Towing - Towed back home from the stealership lol highly reccomending Super Towing! - Towing Near Me

Admittedly, I ran out of gas on my new hybrid car (a Jeep Grand Cherokee that I was still learning) I was really in a jam and Sebastian showed up promptly (despite it being towards the end of his work day and coming from National City to save me in PB). Getting my car onto the tow truck however, was beyond challenging as my car didn't want to disengage (as to allow for the tires to spin). Despite many attempts to manually override the system and even consult with the Jeep Service people, we were unsuccessful-- but Somehow Sebastian's patience, persistence, and ingenuity eventually allowed us to figure out a way to get it onto his truck --and to the nearest gas station! Throughout the process, Sebastian worked steadily and with a kind demeanor. As we lost the light and it got colder, he also kept me feeling safe and sheltered....and ultimately, he saved the day and gave me a good tip on reading my gas gauge so as to prevent this from happening again! If you ever find yourself in a similar jam, call on Super Towing and ask for Sebastian. He's the man! read more

Very positive experience from minute one. I requested a quote through Yelp for a tow job and received 4-5 quotes in a few hours. The owner was very nice and responsive for booking this job. Super towing was also they most reasonable out of all the quotes I got. I received a phone call from the driver the night before the scheduled tow to confirm. Super tow even opened up early to help with my needed schedule for a tow early in the morning. George was on time and very knowledgeable and friendly. Excellent experience over all! I would definitely recommend and use super tow again in the future. read more

10/10 Service! My little fiat 500 unfortunately had the oil pan underneath cracked so I needed a tow to a nearby auto repair shop. Gave them a call in the morning and they dispatched someone to my location within 30 minutes. George was the person came with the flatbed truck, very friendly and professional. Made sure my car safely got to the repair center and their prices were very reasonable and one of the lowest I got quoted for compared to other companies. I have never had to get towed or deal with a tow but for my first experience it was a great one. Highly recommend this company! Thanks so much again read more
