These guys get my recommendation, I've been a AAA member for 16yrs and harley got a flat , AAA came out and then left me on the side of the road because I "needed to add to my membership" to get a motorcycle towed. Admittedly, I ran out of gas on my new hybrid car (a Jeep Grand Cherokee that I was still learning) I was really in a jam and Sebastian showed up promptly (despite it being towards the end of his work day and coming from National City to save me in PB). Getting my car onto the tow truck however, was beyond challenging as my car didn't want to disengage (as to allow for the tires to spin). Despite many attempts to manually override the system and even consult with the Jeep Service people, we were unsuccessful-- but Somehow Sebastian's patience, persistence, and ingenuity eventually allowed us to figure out a way to get it onto his truck --and to the nearest gas station! Throughout the process, Sebastian worked steadily and with a kind demeanor. As we lost the light and it got colder, he also kept me feeling safe and sheltered....and ultimately, he saved the day and gave me a good tip on reading my gas gauge so as to prevent this from happening again!
