The truck showed up about about an hour later, and the truck was a new Ford dually that was impressive! The driver was a clean cut guy with a fresh uniform and was very professional as he had me sign the tow document. He then walked around the car and took pictures in case the owner claimed damages, and then put dollies under the front wheels (front wheel drive) to pull the car out where he could properly hook it up. He then hooked it up and left the cab of the truck several times to check that the hook up was correct. This was a first class towing episode, and I don't know if I should applaud the driver or the company, but someone deserves accolades. .
