However, they secretly dragged my vehicle to their hidden, distant impound yard in Chula Vista (1187 Walnut Ave, Chula Vista, CA 91911) just to maximize victim confusion and storage complications. Their official paper logs directly incriminate DRIVER 52 and TRUCK 33. The dispatch and arrival times are recorded at exactly 10:10 AM, providing absolute proof of illegal, unauthorized predatory "spotting" and stalking on shopping center property.
