Excellent service! One of those you get what you pay for... Definitely worth every penny. I had a need for a flat bed for an all wheel drive car and their truck was a nicely maintained machine with all the amenities. Called them another time for a bad battery and it also went smoothly. Thank you to the owner John. read more

First time I've used iTowing's services but the owner (John) was super helpful, very prompt, and pricing was totally fair as compared to 3 other local towing companies I had called previously. Highly recommend iTowing read more

Once again, my Saturn decided to let me down just as I was getting back on my feet. Basically, after buying a $80 battery, and my car still wouldn't start, I knew I had to go to my mechanic and in order to take it to my mechanic, I had to get it towed there. Since I've been Yelping lately I figured I try a different towing company with the help of fellow Yelpers. Even thought itowing only had one review (A 5 star review that is), I automatically had a good feeling about it and decided to call. John, which is the owner, told me he had a special right now which consisted of a $45 hookup fee and 5 miles free to my destination. I instantly knew it couldn't get better than this. I liked the special deal and I saved $15 which was good. Along the ride to my mechanic, John and I started chatting up and hes a professional, friendly person who can carry on a conversation. Overall, he arrived quickly, was professional, was careful while hooking up my car and it was cheap and of course I felt comfortable. I will defiantly call up itowing if my friends or I ever need a tow. read more

Needed a tow for our car that wouldn't start and they came to our rescue! Great pricing and EXCEPTIONAL service! The guy who helped us out was the owner of the company, was super friendly. He even took the time to help diagnose/fix the problem and gave us other options to help us save money! Its hard to find anyone who cares about customer service like this anymore! Couldn't be happier! I highly recommend this company! Will def call again if i'm ever in another car emergency :) read more

I'd love to give them 5 stars for helpful service but they couldn't accommodate my larger vehicle (flat bed tow truck required) and hired another service. Very courteous and very helpful to help me find another company; which he didn't have to do. I'd recommend. Thanks! I really do appreciate the effort. Check-in special from you mobile will help you save some money too read more

Very respectfull and profesional guy best experience ive ever had using a tow service since the first conversation i had with john over the phone worked with my schedule to set an app for sat even tho he doesnt work saturdays will recomend to family and friends that need a tow Very well priced and he gives and accurate quote no surprices read more

This is a genuine small business that I would recommend if towing is needed within the South Bay of San Diego. Might find a cheaper quote somewhere else but let me assure you the service from John will be worth the extra few bucks. It would be better if he could operate a little later than 6 P.M. since I contacted him only 20 minutes before he was about to end his shift. John is the man though. He was out and helping me with my car that wouldn't start because of a faulty starter. He was very knowledgeable about engine motors and tried a few times to directly strike the starter as to change its position in hopes of re-jumping it. His attempts along with mine were both unsuccessful but he earned my trust and glad he was there to tow the car in the end. I guess all the other 5 star reviews influenced me to award the perfect 5-star rating even though I try and limit how those are handed out. First person I would consider in the south if within his hours. read more

Absolutely recommend iTowing! I walked out of Target to find that my key wouldn't go into my ignition at all....turns out the ignition cylinder had broken so the key couldn't even be inserted. The solution: have it towed to the dealer to be replaced. I called iTowing and talked to John. He told me he would be there in 20 minutes and arrived in 15. When he got there, there was a car parked in front of me so we needed to find a way to push my car out so he could tow it from the front. Since it was in park, he had to manually release the gear shift. He wasn't able to do it on the first try, so he looked it up on YouTube (for my specific car) and popped it into neutral. He pushed the car out and had it hooked up in no time! I followed him to the dealer and paid a very reasonable amount for the service. I obviously hope I don't need towing anytime again soon, but I would call iTowing in a heartbeat if I did! read more

iTowing is PHENOMENAL! They are the only towing company I use and I have referred iTowing to several friends and they have ALWAYS been pleased with the service! Responsive, Friendly and trustworthy! That's huge, especially when you are talking about towing service. 5 Stars easily! read more

I rarely review a business based on a single interaction, but I was so pleased by my experience with iTowing of Chula Vista yesterday that I am happy to let the Yelp community and visitors know. I especially appreciate independent local entrepreneurs who have built their businesses through their own intellect, skills, and hard work. (See my review of L2 Smog on El Cajon Boulevard for another example.) John is a sole proprietor who has been operating a towing business for nine years. He answered his phone promptly, gave me an accurate quote, and showed up in a reasonable amount of time. John was courteous, professional, and cheerful at all times. He charged me a reasonable price, and provided a pleasant conversation on the way to my mechanic. After spending a futile 90 minutes on hold hoping for an Auto Club tow that would have cost me a little less out of pocket, I felt fortunate to find an available nearby provider early in the morning of January 2, the first business day of 2018. I decided to try iTowing based on its proximity to where I was stranded plus the positive Yelp reviews, and recommend this service for anyone who needs a tow in, around, or to get out of Chula Vista. read more

Ahhh, I locked my keys in my car (hate it when that happens). I was expecting it to cost more, but they came and unlocked them for $35. They were quick (15 minutes or so), friendly and accepted credit cards. Totally recommend them. read more

I had a lockout, in the rain, and late at night. John got there in 10 minutes and I was back on the road fast. He was courteous, helpful and very polite; exactly what I needed at time when I was feeling kinda dumb. read more

I was in a desperate situation I called a few company's in San Diego and this is the only one that would come and "help" the guy came out in a old truck that would keep stalling after he got my car hooked up. Finally made it to the shop and he told me it was going to be $120.00 he towed me for 3 miles. I was also told if I don't pay he would take my car to his impound lot. read more

If you're in the Chula Vista or National City area give iTowing a call. John is fast and friendly. His truck isn't a flatbed but he comes prepared with wheel dollies in case you have a 4WD or AWD car, truck or SUV. No tow truck driver has ever been nicer than John I'll tell you that much. read more

I work for one of the largest auto insurance companies and I have dealt with MANY local tow companies, but none of them come close to the level of service John at iTowing provides. Many of our insureds have used his service and not a single complaint from any of them. He continues to exceed our policyholders expectations and it truly has been a pleasure dealing with someone that values his customers. The next time you're in need of a tow or emergency roadside service please do not hesitate in calling john at iTowing 619-884-4044. read more

John was a really great help. I called him to come tow my truck to poway honda and he said he would be here in 20 minutes...about 20 minutes later john showed up and loaded up my car. My car is lowered but he had no problem getting it on the flatbed. Best rates and honest guy. I would HIGHLY recommend itowing to anyone that needs to be towed. itowing will be the first company I'm going to call when im in trouble again. read more

John is a great guy and VERY trustworthy! It's rare to come across a company with integrity such as itowing. Highly recommended.

I was stuck and in a bad mood. The driver was nice and helped immensely. He showed up quick and had me at the auto shop in no time. I will always call itowing read more

I don't usually write reviews, but I had to. John is absolutely amazing. He was on time with his quote, nice, and professional. When we got my car to my house he helped my cousin, and I diagnose the problem. Along with giving us a number to a great, affordable mobile mechanic he knows. You obviously never want your car to break down, but if it must iTowing is without a doubt the place to call! read more

Many thanks to John at iTowing for taking care of me today. He could have taken advantage and towed the car, adding $5 per mile to the bill. Instead he put the spare tire on in a jiffy, so I could get to the shop for a new one. Courteous, personable, prompt, and reasonable prices. Thanks, John read more

Even though I ended up going with another company iTowing was by far the friendlies & helpful service.

Thank you so much Duane! He came to my rescue again! I'm a blonde and have locked myself out of my car on several occasions. Duane warned me last time to get an extra key made and I once again have blown that off. Now I was trapped outside of my car again. I was nervous about calling for his help again but he directly came to my rescue and with only a little chuckle. He is swift and professional. I promise to have a key made Duane. Thank you. read more

I called iTowing when i couldn't start my car when it was parked at UCSD in La Jolla. Something was wrong with my ignition and I couldn't turn the key. The owner John said that he would meet me after towing another vehicle. He met me with in an hour and he was able to tow my car out of a parking lot while the steering wheel was locked! He gave me a great deal. He dropped off the car at a shop all the way down to south Chula Vista and drove me home. I will be calling iTowing for all my towing needs! read more

Nice, Freandly, and reliable. Forgot the guys name. But he was there on time as promised. Got my car hooked up in no time, while he was hooking it up he was kind enough to tell me there was traffic coming behinds me. Not to expensive like other companies. read more

Great immediate response! Said it would be about 30 minutes, but it was really only 20 minutes later. John, the service person, looked at my dead battery and its corrosion, cleaned it off, charged it up, and advised me to have my car guy check it out to make sure it would hold a charge and not leave me stranded. I appreciate that. Great service! read more

John at iTowing is simply the most honest guy in the business. Time and again he has had the opportunity to upsell my clients and he sticks to just providing the service that is required, nothing more. No waiting 45 minutes or an hour for this guy---he will be there so quickly that you'll be shocked. Also, John's super friendly and professional. There's only one tow company/lockout service I have in my iPhone---that's iTowing! Bob C~South Park read more

John is the man! He towed my car twice in the space of a week and was always on time and professional. Highly recommended.
