Jay was professional, timely and very fairly priced on a tow for us. He not only showed up ready to help but arrived early! I received photos of the vehicle loaded and several showing all sides upon drop off. I would definitely call for his help again if needed. Thank you Jay for lowering our stress in an unforeseen predicament and getting us a quick resolution! read more

Was so helpful on such a stressful day! I called for tow help but he went out of his way to connect me with a mobile locksmith when I was out of town and accidentally blocking another vehicle. His quick thinking and connections saved the day, got my car moved, and I just appreciated his willingness to refer me and help me out of a tough spot. Thank you!! read more

Jay is amazing!!! Honest, reliable and just a very sweet guy who is always so helpful. I've used him on 3 separate occasions

Jay is beyond phenomenal. He is a one stop shop for all things vehicle related. He accompanied me to the dealership where I got my Wrangler. He's helped me each step of the way whenever something occurred with my vehicle. Be it needing new tires, mechanical issues, or simply where to go for paint to fix up scratches from off-roading, Jay knows his vehicles. Having a trusted, reliable, genuinely kind person be there with you along the way is invaluable. I've saved thousands of dollars from an industry that usually milks the unknowing customer. His expert opinion and down to earth personality make him a shoe-in for any type of vehicle related issues. read more

I needed some quotes to bring my vehicle about 36 miles away to a repair shop so I used the "request quotes" feature here on Yelp to send my needs out to multiple towing companies. Josh responded to my request within minutes and his price was reasonable. I had some other questions pertaining to the task and he responded with common sense answers in a very timely manner. The most important aspect of my experience was his ability to stay in communication during the whole process. I will definitely keep his number on hand and I highly recommend to anyone needing professional and dependable service. Josh owns and operates this company and his pride of ownership shows. read more

I am sorry it took me a couple of weeks to post this yelp. On the 21 of Jan. my hubby was broken down about 30 miles from our home. This started at 3:15. We have been members of AAA for 20+ years so he called for a tow and said that he would need a flatbed due to the nature of the breakdown. At 4:30 a regular tow truck agreeing it was the wrong kind of truck. The driver, while taking a lot of pics said my hubby should call and say he had an accident and they would send the truck he needs right away?!? As he left he canceled Tommy's (hubby) call. We didn't know this until 5:30 when he heard nothing. The rest is just sad BS going back and forth with AAA. I was told I can get my hubby home if I can get a tow truck, pay out of pocket, and they will eventually reimburse me. Six hours have past. I called Jay at ENROUTE2HELP. They were closed and Jay was all settled at home. He took this on for us! He got to Tommy about 9:45pm. They got here and unhooked the truck by 10:30 or so. I am sure he wasn't settled until midnight. I know he could have charged us more however it was coming out our pocket 1st. I don't know what we would have done if Jay didn't help! Friendly and professional!!! Thank you! I will recommend them every time! read more

We were in San Diego for my son's graduation. In the evening, our Chevy Tahoe's battery light came on and says Charging System Failure. At first, we thought the connection might be loose because we just changed the battery before driving from the Bay Area to SD, about 7-8 hrs drive. It wasn't and waited until the morning to take it to AutoZone to check and see if it was the battery or the alternator. It was the alternator and they recommended to use a mobile mechanic. I had initially went to O'Reilly and they were the ones who recommended Jay. I messaged him through yelp and he responded within 10 min. He couldn't come to me, so we went to him and was only 10 min away. We bought the part and went to home and he immediately started working on our Tahoe and was done within 30 min. It was great, he saved us because we had to leave and go back home. Great customer service, friendly, and helpful. He works on all different types of cars and is now our mechanic whenever we're down in SD and need his help! recommend him! read more

Tire blew out on the freeway but luckily I was near a gas station and was able to drive my car there. Called my insurance company and they dispatched Enroute2Help to tow my car to my destination. Josh, owner and operator, arrived promptly and even earlier than estimated. He was nice, personable, and wanted to do the job in the highest regard. I greatly appreciated Josh's pleasant personality as there are other tow operators out there that are upright rude and have a disregard for customer satisfaction. If you ever get into a similar situation like mine, I hope your insurance company dispatches Josh and have him Enroute2Help you! read more

I hit a bump on the worst road in San Diego (Harbor Drive) and busted my transmission pan leaving me stranded. I turned to Yelp as I always do to search for the best service and rates. Jay from Enroute2help had the best rate by far and his costumer service was top notch. He responded within minutes of my quote request and had my car to my house fast all without breaking the bank. I will use this service only as long as I live in San Diego!!! Jay's friendliness and caring for my vehicle earns 5 stars from a very satisfied customer!! read more

Jay, was so professional and helpful on my most stressful time, I can't thank him enough. I was blessed to have him help when I needed a tow and his knowledge in cars really goes a long way. I had two other mechanics look at my Mazda and both missed on the diagnosis. Jay on the other hand, really knows his stuff and saved me time and money. Anyone's car would be in good hands with Jay when it comes to a tow or auto repair. It can't get any better than this! read more

I have use Enroute2Help twice first to help change a flat tire when one of my lug nuts were seized, and next to add a hitch to the back of my car. Both times service was super fast, very thorough, and at a great price. They are now absolutely my go-to guys when I need roadside assistance. Super fast, friendly, and affordable. read more

200$ for a supposed 20 mile trip that only ended up being 11 miles. That's absolute bullshit. Seems like a great guy, but what a rip off.

Sent a schedule today for an appointment and then canceled. Said he had a flat tire. Imagine a towing company not having a spare tire somewhere. Had to find someone else last minute after telling other tow companies I wasn't going with them. They ended up charging me more due to last minute tow. read more

Super helpful and friendly! My cars engine was misfiring so he got me and my car to the mechanic, and he offered to help out with whatever they say is wrong with it (based on the engine codes, in case they try to screw me over). Definitely recommend :) read more

Josh is incredibly kind, patient, and punctual. My mother was in an accident yesterday. I called her insurance to attempt to get a tow truck to tow her car from the scene to her home. I called at around 3pm. My insurance contacted about 3 different towing companies. Each stated they were in route, by 8pm no one ever showed. They scheduled us a new person this morning for 9am, again no one showed. I called my insurance and expressed my frustration. I asked her to please send someone who is compassionate in the least, as the other towing companies acted very unprofessional once I was able to get a hold of them hold of them. From the moment they connected me with Josh, he showed empathy and reassured me that he would arrive within in an hour. He even called when he was 20 minutes away. He arrived at the time he said he would. My mother said he was so friendly and professional ! Thank you Josh! You are a life saver! read more
