The driver was very friendly, and everything went smoothly until we arrived at the motorcycle shop. Unfortunately, when unloading my motorcycle, the tow truck driver dropped it, causing damage. At the time, he was extremely apologetic, and I was understanding because accidents can happen. He took photos of the damage and assured both me and the staff at the motorcycle shop that he would take care of the repairs. What was disappointing was what happened afterward. Neither I nor the shop ever heard from him again. It became clear that he had blocked both my phone number and the shop's number. We confirmed this when a shop employee called from a different number and the driver answered. According to the employee, he became hostile, used profanity, and stated that he would not be paying for any of the damages because he claimed it was not his fault. As a result, I was forced to involve my insurance company to address the damage to my motorcycle. It's unfortunate because the experience started off positively, but the lack of accountability and communication afterward was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a trustworthy towing service. read more

Worst tow service ever! STAY AWAY from this company , had a set flat rate fee for the miles distance needed to tow , tow truck employee tried to hustle me out for more money trying to take the longest route with unnecessary freeway route , employee tried to Extort me said I had to pay cash for extra miles and extra yo bring down my car, after correcting him of the correct rate and miles and route I had already had set with the company owner , this guy made me push my own vehicle both start and finish, at one point he even sat down and just watched me struggle, this guy said "fuck you" once I stood up for myself, he refused to bring down my car from the tow truck and said I had to pay him extra cash upon the cash given according to him in order for him to bring down my car and "help me" despise this being his "Job, as an employee", I just ended up doing it myself which I know I a safety hazard , he wanted something bad to happen to me and my car but God is greater, this guy is so rude and a liar and extorts people i let the thief keep the money for this bad service BUT don't let this happen to you!
