They gave me a very reasonable quote, told me it would be 45 minutes ETA, the driver, Ivan, showed up on time. He was polite, very quick to get my truck loaded up on his flat bed, and took my truck to my mechanic for me. Wonderful service! I will definitely call them again in the future. read more

AIM towing to the rescue! Our car was stuck in a ravine on a narrow, remote dirt road. I called other tow truck companies; showed them the pictures and they said they couldn't help. When I called AIM towing they said we can get your car out! They were right. It took some hard work but our car was removed from the ravine and we were able to drive away like it never happened. I 100% recommended AIM towing. read more

I called my insurance for a tow rescue because my truck broke on the road, then I called for AIM towing as soon as I got confirmation that they were going to towing me and during this call they said to me: "We will come to rescue you if you agree to pay $75 direct to the tow driver". Then I asked what this fee is about, and the answer was: "the fuel went up, I'm very busy, and if you disagree in pay it you can cancel your rescue service, it's up to you". I don't want to offend anyone, I understand that nowadays has been very difficult and we need to make money to survive, but in my opinion, this attitude sounds abusive, immoral, and nothing ethical. Needing a tow is similar to needing a doctor in an emergency. Imagine if the doctor tells you that will help only if you agree to pay an extra fee directly to him. I'm sorry to share it, but I don't recommend AIM towing to anyone. read more

Call Ivan! He picks up, texts quickly, and gets the job done! I needed a jump for my car, and Ivan was quickly to the rescue. I so appreciate a speedy response and super affordable prices. I'm going to save Ivan's number to my phone for any future needs. Thank you, Ivan! read more

Ivaan was amazing!!! The insurance company initially sent a flatbed which according to that driver, he couldn't do it. Ivaan shows up in a flatbed and loaded the car in 3 minutes. He also went the extra mile and backed it in and straightened it to fit in my driveway/carport with minimal space. You can tell he loves what he is doing and I really appreciate the service and positive "I can do it" attitude. I will be referring this company to my friends and family. Thank you again Ivaan! read more

Ivan came to our rescue yesterday when we hit a large pothole on the freeway causing the right front tire to go flat. Since the puncture was large and in the sidewall of the tire, our tire sealer/inflator would not work. It was late on a Friday afternoon and we were 35 miles from home and I was having difficulty locating a replacement tire. Ivan was very patient and professional with us. Using his extensive knowledge of local automotive services he shortly located a nearby tire shop that had a tire and could make the change. Without Ivan's able assistance, our adventure would have been far more stressful. read more
