I was supposed to go on a trip but then my Jeep wouldn't start. It seemed to be having a weird battery issue and next step was to tow it to the dealer. Another tow company wasn't available, A&D said they'd be there in 25 minutes! Geo called when he arrived, I told him everything going on, he listened and then decided to jump the battery and it fixed the issue! Sooo excited they exist! I was standing beside my car and just happened to notice that the back tire was so low it seemed like the wheel was about to scrape the ground. I was pretty scared because I don't have much money at all and I use my car to drive for DoorDash to make money. I decided to see if there was anyone who would come out for something as trivial as inflating a tire/patching it, not thinking I'd find anything. Called them up, got a quick answer by someone that wasn't rude (in the auto industry!), quoted $75 with an ETA of 30 minutes. He arrived almost exactly 30 minutes later, patched up my tire, was very friendly, and charged me exactly $75. From what could have taken 4-5 hours of towing, finding a tire shop, waiting around in a shop, etc., to about 10 minutes of work and pennies in comparison. Couldn't be happier! read more

Got a flat tire, and thought I'd have to get the spare tire installed or get towed to a local tire shop. The quotes I got for both of these when I called ($65 for spare tire installation, $85 for a tow) were both much more affordable than some other places I called. MJ came out in 40 minutes, and recognized the leak was caused by a giant screw in the center of tire - he was able to plug and patch the tire in minutes! He saved me an unnecessary trip to the shop and the whole ordeal took about an hour total. He was also very friendly and answered my questions about the procedure as he worked. read more

At 1:30am stuck on the side of the freeway I was getting anxious, after calling a few tow places they all said they would be 45 minutes and over $100. All around great customer service from Alex. Things were not perfect since we had a little mishap. However, Alex corrected it and left things better than when we first started. Granted if it weren't for our incident, then I wouldn't have noticed that I had new scrapes from where I stored it outside for a few hours, which made me sad, but things all happen for a reason. If it weren't for that, I wouldn't have noticed the mini issues I had, met the amazingly friendly ones: Bruce and Borris. I probably looked worse for wear, but in the end came out smiling. Alex was very good with handling my car, no stalls and lined it up perfectly on these thin looking ramps. I was very impressed because there was no way I'd be able to do that without any help! This place is absolutely amazing! As a young, female who is fairly new to the area, I was afraid that I was going to get completely ripped off. Alex came to tow my car 10 minutes after I called him. He said he could take it to his shop if i wanted, which just happened to be right down the street. He told me that he didn't think it was going to be a big problem (with my car) and completely eased my mind. He even gave me a ride home! I recently bought a classic truck that had to be towed all the way from Spring Valley to Carlsbad. I scheduled the tow for 3:30pm on a Sunday many hours in advance because I had other obligations later that afternoon. I assumed doing this would ensure they were there exactly as scheduled but I didn't consider other things like traffic accidents blocking roadways might take precedence and they were a bit late. I responded by being a complete and total impatient ass which I very much regret. A stressful situation got the best of me but the driver remained calm and cool, letting me vent my frustrations and remained very professional. In the end I apologized and tipped the guy 40 bucks. They got my truck here safely, the price was better then most other places, he took the shortest possible route without being asked saving me money, and remained calm, cool, and collected despite my childish and embarrassing temper tantrum. If I need a tow and they'll deal with me again I'd call them first. If they were right on time it'd be 5 stars all day. read more

I desperately needed help towing my Odyssey to the border so a friend could get the transmission repaired in Tijuana. We scheduled a pick-up time and John arrived as arranged, loaded the Odyssey and safely delivered it to my friend without any issues or problems. I then sought out a company through Yelp and found A&D. I told them the situation and they worked with me tremendously. Although Geico didn't have a contract with A&D, They were still able to accept their payment! Yes, when you're asking for a roadside service, ask specifically for A&D! They will work with you! After waiting for about two hours for the first company, A&D showed up in 20 minutes. Called about 2:00PM yesterday, and got a tow rolling in my direction to cowels mtn for my baby car that had a bad belt...it sounded awful! They expertly pulled it on to a flat bed truck and drove it 45 miles north to Oceanside, CA. They texted me pictures of the car being loaded and then being delivered to his home. I am visiting my aunt in San Diego, CA. Yesterday, I went to the store and forgot my cell phone. My car would start and stop over and over. I was stuck in a parking garage!
