This place deserves 6 stars. Honestly, so happy I went with my gut and chose this place in town when visiting Tulum with my now fiance. I kinda like how it's on the road at the corner of central tulum town, it's biking distance to the ruinas de tulum, gran cenote, and the beach. We biked it to the beach with our free towels like 5/7 days we were in tulum, one day we had a thunderstorm that shut down the power at out place and restaurants next to us so no matter what if there's a thunderstorm for 24 hours, do yourself a favor and bring a book, deck of cards, or download some movies/podcasts before your stay anywhere you decide to book when in Tulum. Anywho, this place also comes with free breakfast, plus the day we were schedule to make our flight- the sweetest woman who works here made us a brown bag lunch to take with us on our way to Cancun airport at 5am the next morning! The people who work here were honestly the greatest part, we felt like family staying with them- super down to earth, kind, helpful, generous, outgoing, and probably the rocks in their families too. David, Miguel, and the lady with the short reddish hair (lol the only lady who works there) all made this place so special for us, it was so refreshing to come back to the hotel and chill. We stayed in the Santo room which had a king bed, bathroom, tv and little sitting nook and table. For the price, this place is super affordable along with all the free commodities (beach towels, bikes, breakfast, wifi, tvs and 3/4 baths in rooms, daily room cleaning) plus great people to help you out or just have a great conversation with, this place is the second home you wish you had. We lost the room key, and they didn't charge us or want us to pay them for it. LOVE LOVE LOVED IT HERE, and can't wait to come back to stay again. Thank you so much ITOUR MEXICO!! The only con I can think of is that it's close to the road- but honestly for us it wasn't a con because across the street was a super market that saved our lives when we needed something and the ATM didn't charge for fees, as well as the opposite end of the street led you to the beach or tulum ruins bike path. So, no complaints!!! :)) slept like a baby every night! read more
