There was an online special for a small room for $25 a month. They also charge a $25 administrative fee when you sign up. After 4 months they are already raising my rent $10 a month due to "market adjustment". When I look online they are still offering the same move in special for $26, yet it's going up $10 for existing renters. Their business model is the hope that you'll never move your stuff and just deal with the price increase. It's a suitable place if you're only going to be there 2-3 months, but after month 4 you'll likely get a rent hike. Also the the operator will badger you for a review while you're there, but make sure to wait until you've been there a while before you do review. Most of the reviews on here were done when they started the process, and it doesn't get bad until later. Look at the "excluded reviews" for the company and they're basically all the same.
