My husband maintained it after that - but we did have Larry back to do a tune up and clean the filters around 6 mos later. Then my husband had a double subdural hematoma. He was in and out of the hospital and rehab for months. I had friends helping me to maintain the pool - definitely NOT my wheelhouse. Husband was finally getting ready to come home and the pool wasn't looking so good. I called Larry back over to come help me out, get it back in shape before husband could see it. He did a wonderful job - as he always does - and refused to let me pay him under the circumstances. Who does that - talk about caring people!! I did finally get him to take some money and on the spot, I asked him to put us into regular service because I knew it would be a long time, if ever, before my husband would be able to do it again. Little details down to simply not skimming, leaving the waterfall on, in and out within 5-10 minutes and I had enough. Attached are images of how they left our pool. The owner was quick to point blame on us, while admitting that yes, indeed, they had changed technicians. Avoid this company and seek services elsewhere. We have different standards of service.
