Jerry fixed my phone, took longer than I expected but he got it done with a apology for extra time."it's all good." A week down the line I had a small problem with my phone he help me fix it and didn't ask for anything. Price point is very good but service is even better. It's not easy nowa dayz to find both. So here's the breakdown for my review. First, the guy was hella chill and fixed it in 20 mins. He didn't BS anything, and immediately fixed my phone for $75. I usually wouldn't recommend people to these shops, but I extremely recommend going to him when you need a repair. read more

This was my first time coming here, and I wasn't disappointed! The service was very quick and efficient! It only took about 20 min, which I really appreciated because I came here before starting work so I was worried about time. My screen looks good as new! And they even installed a free temper glass. If I can give zero. I will.. disappointed.. my iPhone screen cracked and I came here to replace it. They did good. But I notice weeks later..the white color on the screen is coming off.. and I came here and the guy checked it.. and he was claiming they don't used the brand they put on my phone? Hello?!!! Really??? How the hell you guys don't used that brand when their the one who put it.. if I can changed it myself.. I will..so I wouldn't pay 80$ for it.. and he even said at least my phone work?! I walked in to ask about getting the charging port on my iPhone 6 fixed. It was loose when I connected the charger and I would have to move it around to get it to charge. He took it from me and tested to make sure it charged, he got some long needle nose pliers and started to take out a bunch on lint trash from the port! Lol he fixed it in less than a minute and when I asked how much? He said not to worry about it! Wow what great place! I would come about for any other repair I need! read more

I called in to get a written repair estimate for a broken Apple Watch, which I sent them images of…read morethrough yelp. I told the man that I would pay for the repair estimate. I purchased the watch with an American Express card and ended up accidentally breaking it. American Express insurance will pay for a repair, or reimburse me so I can purchase another new watch, (depending on the repair cost). I explained all of this to the man. This process takes about a week for them to approve or deny. I explained that I wanted to make sure that the claim was approved before repairing it or ordering a new watch since I wasn't positive they will approve the claim. Since I would not immediately buy a new watch through FIX HUB, they decided to just not call me back at all after telling me "I will definitely call you back within 15 minutes". They also did not respond to direct messages through Yelp/Email. I also had told the man that I'd drive over to the Utica Avenue location in Rancho Cucamonga to take care of this, since they do offer Mobile repairs. I didn't want them driving to me to do a simple repair estimate that would take 2 minutes. This is terrible customer service. I break stuff all the time and would have used their services and recommended them to others. They could've also made a very easy sale with charging $60 for a simple repair estimate which I made clear that I would pay. They also could've made a sale for a new Apple Watch Ultra 3 when I had my claim approved for American Express. This business obviously doesn't realize that doing a simple thing for customers leads to loyalty, referrals, good reviews, and future sales. Since it wasnt a huge sale upfront they decided just to brush me off. In my opinion, I would do avoid doing business with FIX HUB.

I went there Fri 540 p.m., the staff was working on another phone while the customers were waiting. When I inquired about how long it would take to replace my iPhone 6S screen, I was told to leave the phone and return in an hour. I decided to hang around and text until the staff finished that repair and got to my phone. I was very surprised that he finished the other one and began to work on mine. I only spent a little less than 20 min at the shop. The staff indicated that it would only take him 7 minutes to finish the job, but he just wanted to make sure that he delivers what he promises. I spilled a glass of soda on my iPhone 6 plus and the volume was no longer functioning. I called several places which were charging me way too much to repair the issue. I called Jerry and his quote was 1/3 the price of the other places; plus he did not charge me to open it and diagnose the phone. He also opened the phone directly in front of me and pointed out the issue. He promised the phone to me in 45 minutes and it was actually completed before that. The repair also comes with a 90 day warranty! Great customer service! I would definitely recommend this place if your phone or electronic device needs a repair. read more

Just called jerry and the business was closed but guess what he came in anyway. I told him my 6 plus was malfunctioning. He told me he knew what might needed to be fixed. 15 minutes later I was in his shop and he had 2 customers ahead of me but worked started to work on mine. He replaced my digitizer with a brand new one but made me test it for 20 minutes just to make sure it was the problem. After that he tested it himself again for 15 minutes. When all the work was completed he applied a tempered glass screen protector for free. The guy knows his craft! Thanks jerry. Highly recommended! Check him out! read more

Great deal! Only charged me $90 for my iPhone 6 that was totally wrecked by another place that tried fixing my phone. Definitely recommend! Very nice and attentive as well. Also the time that it was repaired was very quick! There was two phones ahead of me and it was only a 45 min wait for mine to be fixed which was perfect, because the last place I went to made me pick up the next day. Definitely recommend! this is the greatest place ever to get your i phone or any phone. they tell what price its gonna be over the phone and that's what price it is. i went in and it took 20 minutes to fix so fast and easy. they also threw in a free screen protector!!! i am forsure gonna go back to fix my battery and gonna refer people to go there best place ever thank you jerry you rock! I recently visited iRepair for a screen replacement, and overall, I was impressed. The staff was friendly, and the turnaround time was quicker than expected. While the price was slightly higher than other places, the quality of work was top-notch. They even offered a warranty on the repairs! My only complaint would be the limited seating in the waiting area. But if you need reliable phone repairs, I'd definitely recommend giving them a shot! read more

i called iRepair iPhone after my iPhone screen got shattered and water damage I called other places in the area and they were charging me over $130, and were asking to make an appointment for the following week, I called Jerry an hour before the shop closed and gladly told me to come in. took about 10 minutes and I paid little over $80 for my iPhone6 with warranty and a free template glass! My mom and I went in for an iPhone 8 Plus screen repair. Terrance was very helpful and answered all of our questions/concerns before proceeding on the fixing. The price was very fair and the whole process went smoothly. Terrance fixed our screen and even told us how to protect our phone screen and battery life. Very easy going staff and skilled techniques. My iPhone screen was shattered and was fixed in no time. It took about 20 minutes but the time went by really fast. Parking was easy. It is located at a vape shop which was a little hard to find. There is a tall sign that is outside the vape shop that says iRepair. I payed around $70 for my iPhone 6. Overall iRepair was excellent and I will defiantly be coming back if I shatter another device. read more

I'm gonna make this short and save you from weeks of comparison shopping. Jerry knows what he's doing and he does it fast. He repaired my iPhone 5c after I dropped it face down on the asphalt in 10 mins and for 60 bucks! TL;DR West Covina mall they have two kiosks that fix phones and they both charge 89 to 95 dollars. This is a message for you jerry.. you jackass.. if you had take your time.to see what you did to caused malfunction of my trackpad.. I woulda leave you a 5 star review.... I took the back plate off.. you totally put the batter not in the correct slot causing the back plate to compress on the trackpad....so don't start blaming your customers on things YOU did.. read more

We were referred to this place to get our sons iphone screen fixed. They took about 1hr, very friendly service and very affordable. 2 days later I broke my Samsung Galaxy Note 4 screen and LCD. After seeing the great reviews, I called them and asked how much and how long it would take to repair my I-phone 6-Plus with a cracked screen. I stopped in their shop 15minutes later, they had me in and out of there in less than 20min. They did exactly as they said they would. Prices are reasonable. I would go back again. read more

I found Jerry thru ebay but he no longer advertises with ebay. He repaired my iphone 4s and I got it back fast at a great low price. This was done through the mail as I live in San Diego. He will get all my phone repairs in the future through the mail. It is a pleasure doing business with this fine business man. read more
