I went to this place 4 months ago to fix my shattered screen. I was relieved when I first found them because there were so many repair places that wouldn't fix android phones. I gave him my phone and he contacted me within a few days to say it was ready. I came in an hour later and he was still working on it. He also forgot to put the SIM card back in and had to look for it for a while. After waiting about 20 minutes, it was finally ready. I honestly wouldn't give such a negative review until this next part happened. I went to pay with my debit card and he said it was "declined". I saw the message on the screen and it said there was an connection error, not that it had been declined. When I asked him to try it again, he said "There is no problem with our machine, maybe you just don't have the funds". At that point, I was pretty insulted. I walked to the nearby Walgreens and withdrew the funds from at ATM without any problem. I could deal with him being unprofessional and telling me it was ready when it wasn't but I was really surprised at how he offended me. The only good thing was that he did offer a 90 day warranty on the screen. It sometimes malfunctions and I have to turn it on and off again for the coloration to return but overall it's been alright. Also beware, as he offers people discounts to leave 5 star reviews so I'd read with a grain of salt. Reply: I would like some professionalism if I'm giving you my business. A more competent reply could have been as simple as "Our machine isn't accepting your card, would you like to try an alternate card or possibly visit the ATM?" rather than suggesting I had insufficient funding. read more

Came to get my battery checked out because my iPhone 6 was not charging. Turns out my charging port was fried and needed to be replaced (they charge $45 for this which is not bad). The guy who fixed it took no more than 15 minutes and even replaced my glass screen protector for free with the Yelp check-in. My Samsung S6 died a few days after a trip to Hong Kong and it was not water damaged or dropped. After going to 2 other places to get quotes for a possible dead battery, Jerry offered the best quote with excellent service. He listened to what I thought was wrong and was informative in order to minimize unnecessary repairs. He answered all my questions and explained what he was doing. After spending an hour to do an extremely thorough diagnostic, Jerry determined it was my motherboard, gave me a replacement quote and let me know my options. Because the cost of a motherboard is expensive (almost half the cost of a new phone), I needed to decide. I appreciated how he didn't push me to commit. This is a great example that Jerry knows how to treat people right and not just to make a quick dollar. To find this place maybe a bit tricky as there is no big signs, however it is in the Walgreen Plaza on the northwest corner of Amar and Azusa Ave.. It is actually inside The Vape Society right behind Del Taco and in between a dental place on the left and a medical place on the right (as of 09/01/2016). Broke my screen today on my iPhone6. I wasn't sure on which place to go. So I go on yelp and find this place. I called and spoke to Mike. He gave me a quote over the phone, told me it wouldn't take more thank 15 min. He explained where they are located and I knew Exactly where. I always drive by this area so finding it was not hard. But me being such a dumb s*** I had to go back on yelp and read that it's inside a Vape Shop! (Vape Society) Anyhow so I come in was greeted by Mike, he was eating lunch, or having a break. And he just put all that aside to help me out and fix my phone! To me that was pretty bad a**. Customer Service to the max!! I'm not sure if it was 15 min or sooner, but this guy was done quick! And it only cost me $110. Bucks to fix. I'm gonna invest in a cell phone case now. To avoid this problem again. He gave me a 90 day warranty to top it off!! read more
