I needed to fix my iPhone screen in order to upgrade my phone. My T-Mobile rep told me to get it fixed, but to make sure they don't take out the LCD sensor in the process. He even showed me what it looked like when he took out my SIM card. So I found this place on Yelp, called them to get a quote and to verify that they wouldn't take out the LCD sensor in the process. They assured me multiple times that all they do is replace the screen and that they'd never even heard of taking the sensor out. So, I took it in and man, I wish I hadn't. They were quick, I'll give them that, but as soon as they handed my phone back to me, I knew immediately something was wrong. The screen they replaced it was not at all like the original. It had a blue tint, it was super dim even at the phone's highest brightness setting, the screen width was too thick, and sure enough, when I took it back to T-Mobile, they told me they took the LCD sensor out. So not only did I pay them to give me a bad replacement, but I lost out on a huge upgrade deal (worth $750) and there was no way of going back. If you need to upgrade your phone or just need your iPhone screen fixed, don't make the same mistake I did. Just shell out the extra cash and take it to Apple. read more

Just looking on yelp on a whim since my son dropped and broke my IPhone 7 Plus outside on concrete face down on Thanksgiving. Considering my phone was less than 90 days old I didn't not want a cracked screen, so I asked for a quote at about 11 pm. iPhone repair was quick to respond with a quote if $80.00 and would be open the following day at 11. I was there at 11 sharp, he inspected my phone for LCD damage and said it would be repaired in about 20 minutes. While I sat and watched a movie on the big screen my phone was repaired within 10 to 15 minutes. He did a great job and my phone is like new again for $80.00. The Apple Store wanted to charge me$169. There are no weird lights or streaks on my phone it looks like it did before it was cracked. I would definitely recommend this place. read more

I came in to their South El Monte location due to remodeling at the Rosemead location. Just wanted to let everybody know that they hold a very honest staff. Came in here with my iPhone 6+ to get the screen fixed because it was cracked, the gentleman who helped me out ended up fixing my screen then later found out that the mother board of the touch screen needed to be changed out. The repair went from $70 up to $160 but at the time. At the time $160 was a bit steep due to finances. They managed to put my old screen back and did not charge me for his time. The only odd thing is that the store is actually a "vap" store, so don't look for a sign that says phone repair.
