This was regarding a misunderstanding that what I thought was an emergency call would be a non-charge since I was told my new home was under warranty. Sorry for the misunderstanding and I now would highly recommend Tesdell Electric. Honorable company with high standards. Tom Persinger

He then went and sat in his van for over an hour waiting on someone else to show with the proper tools. This job should have taken an hour max and I was charged for 5 hours which included the time he sat in his van and waited for an individual to show up to help. On top of that they left 2 holes in my wall in the basement and left the hole in the wall where the thermostat used to be. This company is ran by a scumbag and his employees are no better. My one & only critique was that I think the guy could have notified me of the price for the job a little earlier before he did too much work. The price was really fair though, $318 after tax to replace capacitor & no extra charge to come out. I looked online and they run around $60-$300. My unit is 21 years old so that price is on the low-end, but still seems very fair too me. Highly recommend!
