Complete RIP off, dishonest and untrustworthy. Mo charged me $1,000.00 to replace my interior…read more(front main entrance) and exterior door (screen door). He came to my home on April 18th and proved a quote however, demanded $200 deposit upfront that day or he wouldn't order the doors or set up an appointment. I did so as he claimed he guarantees his work and handed me a flyer which states this as well. Mo said he'd order the doors the next day and call me with an appointment date. Days passed then weeks. I kept calling him leaving messages without a call back (I began to think he took off with my money). Finally he calls me a month later stating that the door had a dent on it and he was sending it back. On the 20th Mo comes to replace the doors. After the install was finished I expressed my concerns as there is a large crooked gap at the top of the interior door and it wouldn't close properly as if it needed adjusted. I literally have to slam my body against it to secure looking it even closing it at it opens without turning the door knob when pulled in either direction. Mo said to give it time to settle and if need be he'd come back and fix it. Okay so Mo, how about the screen door? It doesn't open all the way or close as it's too low and catches on the deck. He goes out to his truck and comes back with a sander and sands down my deck boards in effort to close the door! Well it did close however, I said once the summer heat and cold weather comes the deck swells and retracts. What then? Mo said to call him and he'll come back out. Well I've been calling him weekly since June without a call back. So I decided to have another contractor come out and fix everything Mo messed up. And I was informed that I have to buy new doors because Mo put in the wrong sizes, the hinges where screwed in crooked and a bad install all together. What's sad is the new contractor guessed who did it originally and I was shocked to learn that this new contractor has fixed Mos work several times but no one reports it on here. Which is why I am today. I spoke to my neighbors and MNM is known as ripping off senior citizens. I wish I asked around and researched him before hand. Needless to say I have another contractor coming out tomorrow as this way I have 2 estimates to take to court with me as Im filing a small claims lawsuit Monday morning.
