He made appointments that he never kept and had no concerns about keeping us waiting multiple occasions. We've been trying for over a week to have them come out a remove the system but their customer service is equally as inconsiderate and unable to meet the appointments either. Without our knowledge they signed us up with a finance company. We can't even get into the app because they never completed any customer education as to the use of the system. Their installation was shorty as well. The keyless entry has three places to be bolted in place, only one is used, the outside front door bell is installed with the wiring on the outside of the exterior siding so anyone could cut it off and render the security useless. I have filed complaints with the BBB and the State Attorney General as well as the company's CEO and a less than positive rating on Google.

I got to find this out today when I called to cancel and was informed of the 5 year contract. I would have never signed up if I was properly informed of a 5 year commitment. 5yrs * $70=$4200. you could buy 6-8 firearms for that price. DO NOT BUY THEIR SERVICE!!!! CHEAP SALES TACTICS!!!

I needed a 50-year old dial combination safe opened. After calling a few places that advertised…read moresafe cracking, I finally found Strauss/SEI and they said they could do the job. A few days after dropping off the safe, the gentleman I was working with, Dan, said he had tracked down the company that bought out the original manufacturer, and they could get me the combination if I jumped through a few minor hoops and sent them a form (and some cash!). I got the combination a few days later and went to Strauss to try it out. At least 4 of us tried to get it open, to no avail, but it was great that Dan hunted down this option and offered it up. So, we had to go back to the safe-cracking route. It took a few days for the technician to get to my safe and another one, but he was able to get it open. They don't open the door, just get the lock to release the mechanism and have you come in to get it. I picked up the safe and got my items out. Dan was even nice enough to help me with disposal options for the now unusable safe. Pricing was very reasonable, and service was excellent. Highly recommended!

They have a chronic issue with service calls. I don't know how many times I have scheduled a call,…read moreworked my day around a specific time, for them not to show. The latest one was today, for a 10am call. It's 11:28am. Nobody called or reached out; I had to call three different times to get someone live on the phone who didn't see me in the schedule. However, she was able to tell that someone called me on Tuesday and left me a voice mail asking if I wanted them to stop by since they were in the area anyway. So, the natural question I had to ask, "So, I was in the system, right?" I assume he wasn't stopping by to be social. She said it was likely but she didn't know. If anyone knows of a better security company out here, please let me know. I have been dealing with this nonsense for over three years.

Once the work was scheduled, the electricians arrived on time and did a great job! We had our old knob & tube replaced, new service outside the house, a new breaker box put in to replace the fuse boxes, and they also cleaned up the cloth covered wiring and ran new gfci outlets to our first floor. Their price was very reasonable compared to the local competition, and they actually came in lower than I thought when I received my invoice.
