They have a chronic issue with service calls. I don't know how many times I have scheduled a call,…read moreworked my day around a specific time, for them not to show. The latest one was today, for a 10am call. It's 11:28am. Nobody called or reached out; I had to call three different times to get someone live on the phone who didn't see me in the schedule. However, she was able to tell that someone called me on Tuesday and left me a voice mail asking if I wanted them to stop by since they were in the area anyway. So, the natural question I had to ask, "So, I was in the system, right?" I assume he wasn't stopping by to be social. She said it was likely but she didn't know. If anyone knows of a better security company out here, please let me know. I have been dealing with this nonsense for over three years.

The only frustration (and I believe it's all appliance repair places in the area), you don't even get a window of time when you schedule - you get a call that morning when they tell you they're going to be at your home. Because I work during the day, I had to have someone come over to make sure to let him in.

Came a third time and said the board needed repaired. At that time we asked for a refund. The oven still died t work and they have our money. Disgusting and ignorant service. Still haven't heard back from them.

They called the next day with a quote of $18,000-$20000 just to get it online to halfway work. After sticker shock I called another audio company and they were at my house less than an hour and had it all online and working. The cost was $200 plus tax and no new parts. A long ways from $18,000 Another interesting thing is this reference company said the same thing to the previous owners. Everyone, please get a second option.

Called again and he said he still had to check with best buy as they have never mounted a 98in TV. Seems really odd they couldn't give me a quote until they checked with best buy. Very unprofessional. I would think they would have mounted many TVS as this is something they state they do and should be able to give me a quote without having to go to best buy.

This was regarding a misunderstanding that what I thought was an emergency call would be a non-charge since I was told my new home was under warranty. Evidently the issue was with Mid-American and not Tesdell Electric. Tesdell decided not to charge me for the service call after all. In the end, Tesdell proved that they are an honorable company. Sorry for the misunderstanding and I now would highly recommend Tesdell Electric. Honorable company with high standards. Tom Persinger

You don't get to be dealers of the high-end products they have here if you only possess Best Buy level knowledge. The staff was very friendly, but not to the point of annoying. They greeted us when we came in, they were fine with the fact that we were just browsing, and they left us alone to look around. They didn't hover, trying to get us to buy something. They didn't watch us like hawks like we were going to break or steal something. One of them asked a few friendly questions when we wandered into the big theater room in the back where he happened to be organizing some items. Nothing pushy at all. While we weren't in the buying mode that day, they treated us very respectfully, and that combined with the fact that they carry some really top notch brands means that when I am in the market to make a purchase, Audio Video Logic will be a candidate for that sale.
